Description of Work: They never came out to the house. They e-mail pre-designed packages that don't take into account different types of windows or different needs. Their basic pkg is cheap but includes nothing for the inside (difficult to avoid with tilt-ins) or doors with glass windows in them. Their other pkgs were expensive. I don't like not meeting ahead of time with a representative of the company doing the work. Nothing to recommend.

 + 0 moreIt was terrific. They came on time, introduced themselves and went to work. It took 1 hour and they did an awesome job. I didn't even no windows could get that clean. The window wells and screen also looked perfect. I highly recommend Fish Window Cleaning. I am selling my Dad's house and I thought it would look nice with clean windows. I heard an add on WAEB radio on the Bobby Gunther Walsh show. He used them for his windows and raved about them also. I know he is very fussy. Great experience !

 + -1 moreAn unfortunate thing happened, as they were leaving, they hit the chandelier in the front foyer with the ladder and it shattered and damaged my hardwood. Of course that pane got damaged too but they replaced that. There was nothing really that they could do about the hardwood. So last time I kind of neglected to give a review about it because I think they did what they could do about it. Its just a little bit upsetting about the hardwood. The people were very nice who came but that occurrence left kind of a bad taste. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows. We've gone back and forth about it but I think I would probably use them again and they did replace the pane that they shattered but the hardwood is damaged for good.

I assumed that it was part of the deal, and I wasn't home when they gave the estimate. Next time I want the screens and the windows cleaned.
