Great company, from the time I went to their showroom to look at new storm doors all the way through to the installation ABE Door and Window employees were very professional and informative. The storm doors are quality doors with dead bolt locks and screens that are integrated into the door, when I pull the scree door window down the screen rolls into position. The doors are a lot lighter too. These doors are not like the doors you see at the big box hardware storms, far better quality, a bit expensive, but the quality is superior. These doors are an investment in your home. They are built to last and ABE Door and Windows stand behind the product and the installation - they even sent me a thank you note for doing business with them. I highly recommedn their services and products.

I called ABE Doors and Windows the next morning (Monday) because they had done some work on our house windows several years earlier. The opener was fixed by early Monday afternoon. Wow! Great service.

hHe work was done in a timely and very professional manner. Workmanship by the ABD crew was very good. My gripes are with the door and sidelights. We were coinsiudering a different manufacturer but agreed to go with ProVia at ABE's suggestion. The issues are with the finish on the trim and the weatherstripping on the sidelights. THe vinyl cover over the wood trim around the sidelights (one of the factors that led me to go along with ProVia) had gaps and were caulked by ABE when I pointed them out. The sidelight panels have a gap at the top and bottom, where the only seal is the caulk or weathertripping on the outer surface of the panel. Since the foam insulation stops short of the top and bottom, there is a zone at the top and bottom of each that is not insulated or sealed at the level I expected for this quality level. I am filling the gaps to provide a complete thermal seal. I woukld utilize ABE Door again, as their workmanship was very very good. However I would be more insistent about knowing all the construction details on the door or window before I agreed.

I had an excellent experience with them. I am still considering providers for this project. I would use them again in the future.

They are great. They did what they said they would do. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

There were issues that I did not anticipate or detect. They fixed the problems because they wanted to be professional, and proud of their work. There was a tiny alteration that had to be made, and they sent someone out immediately. I would definitely use them again.

I was placed in contact with ABE Doors and Windows because they are an "authorized" repair shop for the Whisperer garage door that I own. I had called to schedule an appointment to get me unit fixed. They had availability the next day which was great. When the person came out to install he stated that my unit was too new and that he had never worked on it before. They stated that they could order the motor to replace it and that they could have a new motor installed for ~500. They charge by the hour for labor and he stated that since he never installed one, I would in essence need to pay by the hour for their company's learning curve. I ended up purchasing a brand new unit and had it installed for ~ half the cost of the repair estimate from a different company. The repairman took my unit apart and did not put it back together because he was so confident that he would return after giving the estimate. I ended up spending ~$105 for them to tell me that they could try to fix it; had never done so before and by not having them touch my garage door is money well spent. The manufacturer of the Whisperer Garage door and/or ABE Doors should invest in professional development so that they learn their craft on their own dime instead of mine.

Placed order and everything was installed 6 weeks later which was the very end of the contract. They arrived on time and three different crews worked on the 3 different projects. The cosmetics of each project were lacking and even though the products where high quality, the finishing jobs looked unprofessional and not as beautiful as I expected it to be or could have been had it been correctly.

They are very professional, from the salesmen in the shop to the carpenters who come out to do the work. Price I think is fair. I'm willing to pay for a good product and good support from a company. The only negative was that there were quality issues with one of the doors which delayed the installation a while. It's not ABE's fault, as they buy the doors, but ultimately they're responsible for vendors they pick.

We were in dire need of a picture window. A salesman came out and took measurements, then disappeared. My husband and I could not get a hold of the fellow and the office staff gave us plenty excuses. We are now working with another vendor. One of the excuses the company gave us was the salesman abruptly left the company and they never gave us to someone else to fill the order.

They were very good. We had one minor problem with a front door and they came out and took care of it. We would use them again.
