We could not be more pleased with DiMaria Masonry and they work they did. We were expecting a major job with a complete french drain system, but when Phil was taking measurements I mentioned an old filled in window well. He immediately suspected that was the issue and we did some testing and sure enough, that was the source of the leek. Each they showed up on time, as scheduled and kept a neat work site. Entire job was finished in 3 days and they cleaned up so well you'd never know that they were here. Very highly recommended.

Di Maria Masonary Restoration provides Top Quality Work and a great overall experience. Thoroughly and honestly addressed all of the major masonary issues at my home. Fully evaluated water leakage around several windows by hosing down both the first and second story windows until he found the origin of the problems, tuck pointed and caulked where where needed, and honestly answered my questions about the damage pressure washing and chemical scraping can do to brick. I appreciate his work, his attention to detail, and his willingness to realistically address masonary issues we might face in the future..

On May 1, 2019 I discovered that I had a 10-foot deep sinkhole in my backyard. A friend gave me Phil DiMaria's phone number and I called him immediately. He came that same day to look at it and advised me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Eight tons of stone were required to fill the hole. Phil came the next day to do the work, which was even more difficult because my yard sits lower than the lane at the back of my house where we park, so Phil had to wheelbarrow the 8 tons of stone to where the sinkhole was. He did an amazing job and told me it would settle over the summer, at which time we could add some topsoil and plant grass seed, but then Phil himself came back on September 20 to check how the first stones had settled and added six more wheelbarrows full of stone to fill it. He did an incredible job and I would not hesitate to call him again. In fact, I have another job that I want him to do in the near future and will be calling him very soon. I would very highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of masonry work done. He is excellent.

Phil did a great job putting a French drain in my basement. It was a very dusty job as he had to jackhammer our concrete floor. He took every precaution to minimize the dust. He walked us through every step of the project. He even checked up on us weeks later after a rain storm. I highly reccomned DiMaria Masonary and would hire again!

Amazing job! My sump broke while I was at work and flooded our basement. Not only did phil trouble shoot over the phone, but showed up the next morning! and replaced the pump. He advised me on getting a dehumidifier and my basement has never been so dry since moving in a year ago. Also I can sleep again since the pump he replaced was loud and annoying. Most trustworthy person I've hired since moving into our fixer upper over a year ago. Cant recommend enough.

Phil and his workers did a fabulous job. Have received many many torrential rain storms since the work was done and do not have a drop of water in my basement. Not only were they professional, but they were friendly, punctual. They worked tirelessly from start to finish The area was cleaned up every day and they finished your job ahead of schedule. Highly recommend

Phil was extremely meticulous with the repair of my chimney. It was old and had been patched several times. Phil was able to remove the staining and bring it back to life -- improving the appearance of my house. Throughout the process he provided me with updates. The work was completed in the time stated and it looks great! Aside from the work he made me aware of a small leak in my roof and offered to patch it so I could make it through the winter. I would definitely recommend Phil to all my friends and family!
