Everything went quick and smoothly. Came out on a Friday to check out installation options and explained every step thoroughly. Came back that next Monday and installed everything the same day! The pro examined my chimney and thoroughly explained what he proposed to do when he expected to be available to start work on it. After work started, he kept me well informed as to the status of the project. The work was done professionally and of excellent quality. After completion, the work area was thoroughly cleaned up. He provided some helpful information about the condition of the roof and about the best way flashing should be done around the chimney when the roof is eventually redone.

Excellent work. The chimney looks beautiful. The process was clearly explained and all questions answered. Price was reasonable for the amount of work needed. I was always kept informed of project status. Highly recommend.

The project could not have gone better. Phil found a way to fit us in because a recent rainstorm continued to cause some water issues. He was on time for the job, worked efficiently, was sure to lay down materials to protect our home, and cleaned everything up. He explained the work he was doing and listened to my thoughts/concerns. He completed the job on schedule. Shortly after he finished the job, a pretty major rainstorm hit. Phil called just to check in that all was okay, and it was - the basement was completely dry. Extremely (extremely) pleased with the work, and would recommend to absolutely anyone needing basement waterproofing.

Phil & his crew did excellent work! They arrived on time daily and always left the area clean before departing. We love our breezeway entry finished with exposed aggregate; it really matches our house. The driveway apron provided a gentler slope to the road and prevents our cars from “bottoming out”. From the first phone call to completion everything went smoothly. Phil is the most honest person I know. We asked for pricing for stone pointing and to replace our walkway and he said the stone work didn’t need to be touched and gave us a suggestion on how the walkway should be done. Phil and his worker are definitely old school. They were on time and went straight to work. They have the old school work ethics taking pride in their work and it shows. This is something that is hard to find today. When you need cement work done, give them a call. You will not be disappointed but thrilled with the end result as we were.

This was the second time we've hired Phil Dimaria to work on our house. And he also did work for the previous owner and several of our neighbors in the past. He's smart, efficient, experienced, communicates well and can come up with a fair price. We needed to have a fence installed, so he worked with the fence contractor.

Phil was amazing. He was here every day, exactly when he said he would be. Always quickly responded to texts and phone calls. We live in an old house and ran into issues along the way that Phil expertly handled because of his many years of experience. He charged a fair price and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He takes a lot of pride in his work and genuinely wants the best outcome for his customers. My plumber was working in the basement at the same time on an issue Phil discovered, and he took the time to tell me how nice Phil was and how easy he was to work with. He does great work but is also an extremely nice guy. We’re so happy with the finished work, and it was all around a great experience. We will definitely be using Phil again for any masonry work. Highly, highly recommend.

Highly recommend Phil DiMaria - DiMaria Masonry for basement waterproofing. Phil just finished up waterproofing part of our basement & installing sump pump. Phil and Nick did an awesome job at a very competitive price! Really nice guys, kept everything really neat and clean, great communication!!!

Great! I was in a bind getting my basement redone and my contractor found water. Everything was on hold until I could get the basement waterproofing done. Phil worked in conjunction with the contractor and explained everything in detail. He supplied pictures so I could better understand what needed to be done and how it would look. Everything was done professionally and on schedule. While other people I called never even returned my phone call, Phil always called me back and was able to complete the work on time. Outstanding job!

Excellent job repairing a stone and mortar basement wall that was in bad shape. I will definitely be hiring again to do the remainder of the basement. Mike came out to do an estimate the same day I called. Very happy with the work.

After trying grading and other fixes to solve a heavily leaking window well we call Phil to remove and seal it up. Phil had fixed one for us previously and since that hasn't leaked since he fixed it, it was a no brainer to contact him again. He did a great job removing the window well and window, blocking it up and sealing it. We just had a torrential rain the other night and basement was dry as a bone. Highly recommend!
