Phil was quick to come out and assess the issue and make recommendations. Once we were ready to move the project forward he was great at communicating availability and the timeline and stuck to both. We were very satisfied with his work product and professionalism. Our basement is dry aftwr a storm for the 1st time since we have owned our current home.

Phil was thorough and timely with his work. He replaced a piece of flagstone that had dislodged and completely rebuilt steps on our front walk. Everything looks fantastic.

Phil was awesome- he came out quickly and evaluated the job and let us know what we could expect in terms of cost and timeline. He completed the job—which was to patch a hole in the side of our stucco house left from an old ac unit. He went above and beyond to fix the window frame that he saw was compromised while he was up there working. He was great with communication and did the work quickly and with great care. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a patch, but he did such a good job matching the color and texture that you can hardly tell there was ever a hole in the side of the house. Will definitely use him again in the future and would highly recommend to a friend.

I highly recommend Phil for any masonry or waterproofing work you’re considering. From first meet, Phil was very responsive, plain spoken, competitively priced and eager to work with me. I had a ton of questions and he was very patient in answering them all. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to oversell stuff I didn’t need. For reference, I live in a 105 year old, 3 story colonial and Phil did extensive basement work, plus some extras. Specifically,... (5) glass block windows install; complete perimeter drainage system/waterproofing, including sump pump; complete rehab and restoration of my basement walls; exterior concrete demo and miscellaneous patching. I have no regrets and everything turned out PERFECT! I now have a clean and bone dry basement with beautiful solid walls, what else is there to say? Again, I highly recommend Phil; he is hard working, punctual, a great communicator and a true master at his craft. Top notch professional!

It went very well. It was a pretty extensive project, but I couldn’t be happier. Communication and timing was perfect, even in coordination with other contractors. Phil and his team are top notch professionals. Great communication and follow up from start to finish. The end result is a perfectly poured sidewalk that looks great, has a nice finish, and transitions well into the older sidewalk around it. They were very careful to clean up well around the work area, too. They carefully cut out and replaced the grass around the sidewalk so now, a few weeks later, you can't even tell and it just looks like healthy grass. I highly recommend DiMaria Masonry Restoration.

DiMaria Masonry performed an excellent job repairing our stucco chimney, which had deteriorated over the years. We were very happy with all aspects of the work performed and they did a very good job cleaning up afterward. We would definitely hire again as we're looking to a waterproofing project in our basement in the future.

Excellent. We used to have water flowing into basement from the window wells anytime there was a heavy rainstorm. We have not had any problems since Phil did the work, despite some very heavy storms over the past few months.
