DiMaria offered the best solution to address the crumbling stone around the base of our home by matching the stucco exterior that encases most of our structure, while other masons were quick to recommend a higher price repointing project. I'm so glad we went this direction. The quality and attention to detail was spot-on. He kept to our initial schedule and arrived promptly each day. That's no small feat considering the high demand on contractors. I would use DiMaria again and they are firmly on my short list among the best experienced I've had with home repair. A+

DiMaria Masonry did an excellent job patching and re-stucco'ing both my chimneys, along with pouring new concrete caps for both. Phil recommended adding the caps to help shed water away from the chimneys and I'm so glad I went with his recommendation as it looks so much better with the caps. Phil also spotted a defect in one of the chimney's section of clay lining and recommended replacing that section for a small additional charge, which I agreed to. He noted it would be more difficult/expensive to repair later. I appreciated him spending the extra time to take a quick look for any additional problems with the chimneys that needed to be addressed. The job, once started, was finished in a timely manner. I thought Phil and his co-worker were very professional and conscientious. I wouldn't hesitate to hire DiMaria Masonry again, thanks for a job well done!

Easy to work with. No sales gimmicks. They do great work and are very responsive. Got the job done in a timely fashion (even sooner than they had estimated). We’ve been through some very heavy thunderstorms since the basement was waterproofed and basement has stayed completely dry. Humidity level in the basement has also stayed low. Highly recommended.

This is our second time using DiMaria Masonry and Phil and his crew came though once again! We had water coming into our basement and he identified the source of the leaking and remedied two areas that needed attention. Phil is responsive, worked around another contractor, and makes sure the job is done well. I cannot say enough great things about Phil DiMaria and his team. They completely rebuilt our chimney. The chimney was badly cracked and leaking water into our attic so the repair was urgent. DiMaria got right to work and did a very thorough and quality job. Other estimates we got were 1/4 the work at double the price. He was respectful of our property including building his scaffolding around a lilac tree we wanted to save. Very highly recommend Phil DiMaria and would use him again for other masonry work.

Phil is excellent at his job! Local folks recommended his work, and we now know why. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes the time to explain your options regarding longevity/quality vs cost. We hired him to repoint our chimney and install a concrete cap and stainless liner. We would use him without hesitation for any future job as well.
