The result of work done is excellent. It looks like a completely different basement. Mr. Di Maria is very professional. Delivered what he said he would, plus some "extras". Always followed the schedule he told me would be necessary. Always on time. Informed me of work necessary & completed as we went along. I seriously cannot recommend DiMaria Masonry Restoration highly enough

Everything was GREAT!!!! My husband met Phil for the estimate, Phil was on time for the estimate and went over the work that needed to be done with my husband and showed us some other (safety) issues that we weren’t aware of! Phil was honest and professional and very responsive. Phil and his crew showed up on time as promised! We met with the crew in the morning and Phil went over what they were going to be doing throughout the project. The project took 3 days to complete and the crew were polite, professional and kept the property clean at the end of each day! This is definitely a company that stands out from the rest!!! I would highly recommend DiMaria Masonry Restoration!!!

We were extremely satisfied with DiMaria Masonry. From the moment I contacted Phil, I could tell he was honest and trustworthy. He came out and provided an estimate the same day and explained everything in laymen's terms and always answered our questions. We had some delay due to all the rain we had this season but Phil always checked in to let us know that he had us on the list and would get out as soon as possible. When Phil and Mike arrived to do the work, they explained all the steps involved and were spotless with clean up when they were wrapped up for the day. Before they left each day, they explained fully what they had done and what would be done the next day so we knew what to expect. Our chimneys look amazing and we now have piece of mind that they are both in good working order. Phil and Mike were professional, courteous and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When removal of the old stucco began, DiMaria recognized that he need to remove 2 complete coatings and wire. This added an extra day to the job. Some additional labor cost was added to the job but was not unexpected and I felt the additional cost was reasonable. Job was completed in a timely manner other than slight delay due to bad weather. Job was done well and found DiMaria a pleasure to work with.

Excellent work. I needed my front walkway replaced and they did it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for any concrete work.

High quality workmanship. It was a dirty job that they did a great job minimizing impact to us. Basement system works great and no more water issues.

Great! They arrived promptly at 7:30am and completed the job around 3pm. They were friendly and efficient. The work area was left clean and neat.

It went very well. Once the work was started, it proved to be far worse and took much longer than estimated price. But the stayed with the original estimated price.

Very well. Phil was up front about his time a availability and quoted a fair price for the work. He told me I'd probably have to wait a few months, but he would get to it. He responded promptly to emails and phone calls. When he became available, he arrived early in the morning and completed the job promptly, cleaning up the site when he was done.

Phil and his team did an excellent job waterproofing our basement. He installed a french drain and multiple sump pumps. He was communicative, on time and on budget. There has not been a drop of water since the work was completed 1.5 years ago. I would highly recommend using his services.

It went perfect. The job was done right and on time. I had my chimney repointed when I first moved in and it was not done right. This looks so much better, what a craftmen. Phil made recommendations that saved me money and time. I would hire Phil again in a second.

great. Phil and his associate were pleasant and professional and very efficient. They take pride in their finished product and they know their business. Phil may even occasionally break out in song to accompany a favorite on the radio. Phil recently worked closely with our roofer to identify and solve a leak issue with our newly installed roof. No problems since . I will probably have more work to be done in the future......secure a retaining wall, inspect stucco, etc. Phil will be my only service provider.

The provider was prompt in providing an estimate, and he showed up as scheduled to do the work--or contacted me if there was going to be a slight delay. (My job was weather-dependent.) He and his assistant were professional and explained to me the various stages as they progressed. When the job was completed, I was certainly pleased with the results, with their thorough clean-up, and with their overall friendliness. My job required access to my property via my neighbor's driveway, and the provider was also very good at keeping my neighbor happy.

Phil and his men did a great job. As it turns out there were three layers of previous finishes that had to be removed. Phil carefully removed all three layers and even sent me pictures of a vintage layer of clapboard that we were unaware of for my scrapbook. Phil was thoughtful about how he handled the removal as this job could have easily expanded to include the entire back of our house. However, we only needed repairs to a smaller section and Phil did a great job feathering the finished edges to match the adjoining walls. As the job unfolded, it was discovered that we needed some roofing work done to complete the job correctly. Phil arranged for a competent roofer to come and do that work. He and the roofer needed to alternate tasks over a few days to get things done correctly. Phil coordinated this with no inconvenience to us and in a timely fashion. This job required scaffolding be constructed along the back wall and porch of our home. This was done with no damage to the porch or the adjoining lawn and gardens. Phil and his workers were very neat and cleaned up their work area every day before leaving. In addition to the above work, at the last minute we asked Phil to make a few additional minor masonry repairs on our property. Phil said no problem and completed them as well. Phil said that he would add the cost of these additional repairs, along with the unexpected roofing costs, to our final bill. We were happy with the final tally and felt that Phil's prices were fair. We would recommend Phil and his men to anyone looking for masonry work. We have been told that Phil does a great job with chimney repairs as well!
