Phil corrected the masonry, coating, and surface of our chimney. He re-built approximately the top 3 ft. of the masonry and resurfaced and coated the entire chimney. The work went very smoothly. Phil was always on time, communicated effectively, and did an outstanding job on the chimney. He was meticulous in his work and the finished product looks like a piece of art!

Great!!!! The initial chimney work looks fantastic. I had no idea how much of an improvement the concrete walkway would be. I had gotten multiple quotes on the chimney work. Phil's price was marginally more than the lowest quote, but we choose him because of his professionalism in providing the quote and because a retired mason I know recommended him above the other contractors. It was well worth a small amount more for work done so well with out any need for post construction rework of any type. I plan to use Phil for some needed sidewalk replacements and opening up a basement floor for a bathroom addition. So please use him, but not all of his schedule time.

Phil DiMaria does great work and is very pleasant to do business with. He talked us through the whole process, executed high quality masonry, and cleaned up thoroughly after the project. I recommend him highly.

Phil came to look at my chimney and inspect it's condition. He explained that the top of the chimney needed to be rebuilt and a new liner installed. He explained the process, the costs involved as well the timeline for the job. The results were well above my expectations. He poured a full concrete cap on the chimney so it's trouble free for a lifetime. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

I had dealt with a wet basement every time it rained really hard. I used Dimaria previously for my chimney restoration and rehired him to waterproof my basement. He first inspected all my gutters and downspouts to be sure my issues weren't related to poorly routed or leaking gutters. Once he inspected those, it was clear the water coming up from below the slab. He explained what the previous homeowner had done and why it was not effective and how he intended to fix it. It was a big job but when he was done I have not had one drop of moisture since. I would recommend this service to anyone who has struggled with water in their basement.

Phil was punctual and prepared. The before and after results were amazing. The basement was a dark dreary place. Now it is bright and functional.

A huge dirty, noisy, job went smooth. Minimal disturbance in our overall home. Very punctual, job took a typical 2 week stretch but Phil was always in touch with us on next step. Even came back on weekend to make sure things were right. Would hire again and will refer.
