The quality of the installation is the best I've seen ( and I have had many roofs replaced over the years ). Their attention to detail is impressive. They were very competitive with their bid. They really cleaned everything up when our project was completed ( they even scanned the yards/ driveways with a magnetic tool to locate any stray nails, etc. ).. I highly recommend Royce Roofing. Ray and his crew are very knowledgeable , nice people. I am now planning on having them install new gutters to compliment our beautiful, new roof.

+ 0 moreRoyce estimate came in well below four others I had done. They started work very soon after I accepted their bid. There were four layers to tear-off and many new vents to install where there were no vents before. They arrived early as they promised. They worked quickly, protected the siding and flower beds, and cleaned up like they'd never been here. Ray answered all my questions before, during, and after the job. Everyone in the crew were very polite and professional. And my roof looks awesome!
