Description of Work: They would give an over the phone estimate to snake a drain. When the arrived the charged 200 dollars, twice what anyone else would charge, and they pressured my wife into using them since they where there. When I called to complain they said it was up to the tech when they arrive to give a quote, even for routine services. When I complained about they they changes their story and said 200 was a flat charge. | |

Description of Work: They were very prompt & professional and explained what was clogging the sinks & toilets up. And cleared it all in less than a hour. The amount they charged was very worth it after going thru much flooding with all the Toilets and Bathtub. I would recommend them and use them again! Happy Customer THIS TIME!. pdate: Had to recall them two weeks later to say Bathroom sink is plugged up after I tried EVERYTHING to unplug it myself. And they charged us again that same amount of money! What I had a problem with was.... THE YOUNG MAN who was fixing my sink used MY TOOLS at first and didn't even know how to put the sink plug back together, I HAD TO SHOW HIM! And he is charging me $109 FOR WHAT? 2ND TIME AROUND, UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
