Description of Work: Yes everything as requested, not sure of dates though. Service was performed in Sandy, Oregon. Garage opener broke while staying at my brother's house ( he was out of town). So I had it replaced for him. He was VERY happy with results....and he is not easy to impress!!

Description of Work: It went ok. Only thing the project was months no interest. billing placed on door on the months and billed for total payment on the other door. I called billing and thought it was corrected this months bill still incorrect.

They didn’t have the door we wanted so they upgraded us at no additional charge. Working with Sears has always been a good experience for us. They were able to install the door within a week of us purchasing the it.

It was a great experience. Scheduling was easy and they were able to schedule me when I wanted the appointment. One technician came out to install the opener and he completed the work in less than an hour. He was very efficient.

My garage door spring broke and the door simply won't open without that spring! Despite being busy, they got me in the next morning which I really appreciated since I was unable to Open the garage door. I was given a price on the phone which was in line with what other people had said it would be. I decided to go with Sears Garage Solutions due to their professional demeanor and that they are backed by Sears. Dewayne came to do the work himself and was professional and skilled. He worked quickly and thoroughly and kept me informed of his progress. I did have him do more work than originally planned when I saw just how bad my other garage door operated once he fixed the broken one. Dewayne was kind enough to take the time to do the extra work that I requested.
