Description of Work: Sears originally installed my garage door opener when I moved into my home; new construction. | |Unfortunately, the opener never worked properly so I called Sears to have them come out and re-inspect their work. | |Imagine my surprise and disappointment to here that the ongoing problems were "someone else's fault." Specifically, Sears states that heir installation was fine and instead it was the faulty materials used to build the garage door itself. Again, this is new construction. | |The problem persists; while the door opens and loses as needed it is incredibly loud and at times rattles the garsge door. | |That being said employees were professional and punctual.

Description of Work: Cable broke; they came out that day and, even though they couldn't fix the problem that day because they needed to get the right materials (and my appointment was not scheduled), they made sure to get my car out of the garage so that I could get to work. When they finally came on the scheduled day, the gentleman was prompt, efficient and fixed the problem.
