We are absolutely thrilled with the results! Everything about this company impressed me from the start. Mitica came prepared with photos on his laptop to speed up choices such as railing styles, wood types, and bench options. Within 15 minutes, I had a bid in my hands. The price was competitive and their follow up was unusual. Once the project got started, the installers were prompt everyday, very hard workers and exceptionally detail oriented. The craftsmanship was impeccable and this deck is as solid as they get! Even the railing is like a rock. If you have any hesitation in selecting Creative Fences and Decks, you can put your mind at ease. All the references I checked beforehand also gave glowing remarks and now I am pleased to do the same for them. We have already chosen them to redo the porch on the front of our house.

The project was fantastic. From the initial estimate to the completed project, the entire experience was awesome. Constantine and his team truly understand how to run a business. The estimate and design was worked out on their laptop. From there the project start date was finished. Everything was completed on budget and on time. We have received nothing but compliments on the fence, in fact they just finished our next door neighbor's deck and fence a couple weeks ago. We found them after seeing a fence they finished that caught our eye on a walk. I would recommend them to anyone!

The guys showed up every day at 0900 and worked through some horrible weather. They were very kind to our dog and tried to protect my garden.

We've undertaken several home improvement projects in recent years and this was by the far the easiest contractor we've worked with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Even better, the finished decks far exceed our expectations. This job went well from start to end. We called several firms on Angie's List. Mitica, the owner of Creative, returned our call promptly and came out that day to discuss our project. We told him we were interested in a composite deck as low maintenance was very important. He recommended Ipe instead, explaining the deck would weather to gray and the only maintenance would be to sweep and wash it. He gave us a bid on the spot for both materials and his was lowest of 3 firms who bid. Creative started two weeks later and said the job would take 5 days. The crew was very pleasant and extremely professional, real craftsmen. Their work was excellent. They finished on time and left the site spotless. We are thrilled with our new decks.

It went very well, both Mitica and Constantin were very courteous and helpful. The crew of 2 men were very kind and did an excellent job. Though they weren't the cheapest quote I received, I feel that I made the right choice by selecting them. The wood is superb and knot free. I would definitely call upon their services again should I ever need another fence.

The company's estimator, Mitika, showed up on time and gave us a thorough bid. He asked questions to clarify our needs and made sure we knew who would be coming to do the work and when they would be there. We paid a little more for the fence than another bid we received, but we wanted the quality that this company could provide. They used a higher grade cedar and ironwood for the stairs. We are VERY HAPPY that our new dog can no longer escape the back yard!

This was a wonderful company to work with. They are excellent and clear in their communication. When they first came out, we weren't sure what we wanted. They walked around our property with us and then gave us 3 separate quotes including different types of fencing and lattice-work. They brought a computer with multiple pictures and examples. They gave us plenty of time to make up our minds, but checked in to ensure that we didn't have any questions. When we decided to go with this company they were able to start work very shortly thereafter. They arrived when they said they would. They were quick and efficient. They worked from before 9 until dark each day. They even came on a Saturday to finish up. Our entire fence was done in 8 days, including demolishing/removing the old fence. They also stopped by and called to ensure that we were satisfied and that we didn't have any questions. I've already recommended them to friends. It was a great experience overall!

It went great. When I made the initial call they returned my call immediately and that is how the communication when with them during the whole process. They were very timely and organized. I called several other companies for bids, and although Creative Fence was not the lowest bid, they were the ones that called back to see if I made a decision and I went with my gut instinct and I am not sorry. They were very helpful and had great ideas. They told me ways I could save money and what would last the longest. Matisse, the owner, told me I wouldn't be sorry I hired them and am not. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

Probably the best experience we have had off all the renovations done to our house (and there have been a lot!). Very prompt initial consultation with the owner, Mitika, who was a great guy. the work was incredibly quick (5 days for a very large deck with a lot of built in's) and the craftsmanship is amazing. Polite and respectful work crew. We could have paid twice as much to have the same work done and maybe not even done as well. I wish I had more friends who needed work like this done so I could refer them to Mitika's crew. Really, it was a top notch job. The website is very good and gives a nice indication of their work.

The crew arrived when they said they would, and they were careful with the landscaping of the property. At the end of each days work, their tools and materials were gathered neatly and everything was cleaned up. They left no debris and their work is impeccable. We plan to do more fencing in the future, as well as decks, and we won't bother calling anyone else.

The job went very well. It needed to be completed in one day, at least to the point that would allow the tenants to have access to their apartments. I also wanted it to be completed before the end of the year, and pass inspection by the city of Beaverton. All requirements were met to my full satisfaction. The quality of workmanship is very good. The price charged was high, but other companies either did not bid, or treated it as a fill-in job of low priority. I felt the responsiveness of Mitica Leontescu, and his willingness to work his crew near the Christmas holiday to meet my needs warranted getting my business.

We had already used Creative Fencing for a large fencing project and were ecstatic about the results, so we immediately thought of them for the deck project. Mitica came out and gave us an estimate, he was punctual and accurate. His crew had to work in some awful weather, but they showed up on time and were done on time. I love the Brazilian ironwood and am so glad Mitica suggested it.

The people involved in this business are courteous and professional. They arrived promptly to do the work, worked hard and cleaned up after the job. Part of the cleanup was due to limb removal so they could get the fence in properly, but they did not complain about having to do this extra work.

Mitica arrived at our place and gave us a quote ON THE SPOT. He showed me a sample of the hardwood they like to use Ipe and sold me on the additional cost of using that over cedar. The crew put the whole deck together in about five days. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very productive. These are not minimum wage workers they picked up on the cheap. These guys have been building decks together for many years. There might be a way to get a deck done cheaper, but it won't be a quality deck like these guys build. If you save a few bucks by using someone else, then don't get the deck you want, or they take all summer to get it done, then you really haven't saved anything. Use these guys if you want it done right and want a high quality deck. It's worth it.

They showed up for a free estimate right on time. They showed us pictures of fences as examples and talked to us about what we envisioned. After some back and forth on the estimate (we changed our minds about some things, and we split a portion of the cost with our neighbor) we came to a price that worked for everyone. The only hitch was that we asked for the fence posts to be put on brackets in the first estimate. Somehow, that was left off the last estimate, so our fence posts were set in concrete. This was our fault for not reading the contract as closely as we should have. However, one person wrote the first estimate, and second person wrote the final estimate, so that is how the mix-up occurred.

Constantine did an absolutely amazing job. He was very flexible about scheduling the work for our convenience ( we have several dogs ) and came up with a beautiful solution to the sloped area at the rear of the garden. The workmanship and site cleanup were meticulous. The estimate and final costs were way lower than we were expecting to pay for such a big job. A plus all the way! We are going to ask Creative Fencing to build us a deck now !

Due to the complexity of the project I had five contractors provide bids. Meiotic impressed me with his confidence, knowledge, friendly manner and creative approach to solving problems. The images of his fences, which I had seen on his website, are very impressive and I was happy to learn that his bid was comparable to the others I received despite being for a higher promised quality. The job itself went very smoothly with only a few minor hiccups. As a design professional (architecture) I tend to get involved in the construction process and Martica was always courteous no matter how many times I called. When we weren't satisfied with something Martica was responsive and quickly put things right. His employees are friendly and very neat, leaving the job site, our home, clean each evening. I am very happy with the final product. The fence is both beautiful and well made. This, I think, is the result of a contractor, Mitica, who cares that the work he does is of the highest quality.

Workers were efficient, finished on schedule, and performed the ''extras'' that we asked for without hesitation. We had several bids and looked at everyone's work on other job sites prior to selecting a contractor. Mitica's crew had meticulous craftsmen. The price of the job was comparable to or below all other bids, but the quality was superior.

Mitica, the owner, was very responsive and professional. He kept every promise he made to me and the deck looks great! He also has a nice website that shows some of the work he has done! I highly recommend him as he is one of the most thorough contractors we have ever used!
