We contacted him to let him know what tile we had chosen, he said the shower pan had been ordered, and would be in two days later. That was the last we heard from him. He will not answer our calls, texts or emails. It has now been three weeks. If you hire this one, have a plan B for if he disappears! Thank God we didn't give him any money! You would think if he had changed his mind, or was too busy, he could have had the common decency to let us know instead, he left us hanging!"
