About us

Shew Family Contracting is a family owned and operated business. Tom has been a log truck driver since 2010 and recently decided to pursue a more family friendly career. Tom is capable of almost any project around the house or outside. He and his wife Lindsey have grown up in the Springfield area and look forward to raising their twin boys here as well. This is a family that prides themselves on good honest work and they look forward to helping you.

I am here to help with most all home projects such as fences, framing, small roofing projects, painting, staining, smaller remodels and updates , land clearing, excavation and I try to make myself available at all times incase of any emergency needs.

Services we don't offer

I am not licensed to do plumbing and electrical and I do have people that I use who are when needed.

I was THRILLED to get someone both skilled and meticulous, when it came to my shed roof. He was precise with materials and measurements and actually saved me money, as to part of the material cost. Tommy and Lindsey were a great team! They helped make a dream a reality for me when I hoped to take my boring entryway closet and turn it into something beautiful!
