Chris and the crew were professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. The work was thorough - no mess was left. We will use them again for all our tree needs.

We had 3 very large doug fir trees that needed some serious pruning. Several of the branches were as large as small trees (10" in diameter and about 40' long). 4 guys came in and spent all day pruning and chipping the branches. We ended up with about 14 units of wood chips so it was a lot of branches. They did a very professional job. The cuts are clean and all the mess was cleaned up. There is a deck under one of the trees and they were very careful not to let any of the heavy branches fall on the deck. I also hired them to fell about 45 diseased 30 year old grand firs. They felled the trees, cut off the branches and hauled them into a pile to be burned and then cut the trees up into firewood sized logs. They did all this in 2 days. I think there was only about 5 trees that they could not complete the cleanup on - they did cut them down at my request before the day ended. I was very pleased with the work they did. They worked fast and were very professional. Initially, the price seemed high but when I figured out the actual labor costs for the 4 guys and factored in how much they accomplished, I think it was very reasonable. This was difficult and dangerous work. I would definitely hire this company again for future work.

The company is small with a very hands-on owner. All were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I plan to use this company for all future tree trimming - everything looks great!

Our trees are about 30 years old, some are very large, some are ornamental and none had been pruned or worked on in some time. Ward Tree Care worked for two solid days late last spring on about 20 different trees, and were at our place again late winter of 2011 to remove a tree. Last spring, they shaped two very large and overgrown Japanese maples, worked on three large cherries, removed a few large pine trees and thinned out dead limbs on several other very large pines. The work they did was tremendous - that afternoon, the trees looked great, they did not look like someone had spent hours on them. None of these trees could be easily replaced and losing any of them would be a negative impact on our landscaping. Having the right team work on them was critical - and this was the right team. I have recommended them to several friends who have been more than thrilled with their work. When they were back to remove the last tree this year, Chris walked the property again looking at the trees and felt they were in good shape and did not need any additional work. He and his crew are very knowledgable, honest, hard working, talented and experienced. I felt the price was lower than expected and happily paid for a job very well done.
