Description of Work: I thought it went well. The carpets were quite wet afterwards which took awhile to dry. I thought they were a bit wetter than previous cleaning with different company. With that said I would use them again.

Description of Work: Serviceman called to say he was ahead of schedule. We said earlier arrival was okay. Tech looked over job thoroughly and gave us a price for the stairs and pet areas. Really took his time to do as good a job as possible. Carpet looks so much better now even though some severe pet stains are still visible.

Description of Work: Cleaned my carpets. the technician was a very nice Christian fellow. He put a chemical on that was supposed to make the carpet "brighter". That only lasted until after he pulled out of the drive way. Not brighter, carpet was wetter. Took 2 1/2 days to dry. Carpet cleaning chemical created an odor that took two weeks to dissipate.

Description of Work: They cleaned 4 carpets and two sets of stairs. The carpets had not been cleaned in over 15 years. They provided "deep cleaning" for two of the carpets. The worker was very professional and did not try to hard sell us anything. He knew the limitations of his service and did not try to "deep clean" the basement carpet (as it was on a concrete pad). We were very pleased with the service and would us them again.
