I use this company regularly. Very reasonable, and doesn't a clean carpet just warm your heart?

The technician was prompt courteous and professional. The carpets were left clean including stains. My only markdown was the amount of moisture left in the carpeting. It was the wettest of ant cleaning service we have used. No long-term problems were experienced.

It took a couple attempts to get a hold of them but I'm sure they are busy. On the day of the service they called and asked if they could come early which was nice. We had a living social coupon which covered 6,000 sq foot home. Make sure you read the fine print as it doesn't cover stairs ($1 per stair) and area rugs. As we have 1200 sq feet of tile with large room size rugs we thought it should have been included. They didn't have to do anything additional for them. We were charged additionally for them but thankful for them to only charge us for 2 vs 3 rugs. So we ended up paying over $200+ more than the coupon due to extras.

Took a couple tries to reach them. They showed up early but called to confirm it was okay first. I was using a social media coupon which covered 6,000 sq feet. Ensure you read the fine print. stairs not included (which was fine) but our main floor was all tile with room sized area rugs (which didn't need to be moved) and we were charged extra for them. We ended up paying over 2.5 times the original cost of the service after including the extras. Quality we decent but for the money and being charged I wouldn't use them again.

Well. Needed additional spot cleaning & stairs cleaned. Reasonable price added

not well. We used this company twice. At the second cleaning, the servicer said the first cleaner had not properly rinsed out the soap. That made sense, since the carpets needed cleaning much sooner than usual. However, the second cleaner left stains in several places where he stopped at doorways. He was complaining about being quite tired before he was done, and he did not clean the stairs completely. Also, their hose would not reach into one of the rooms on the second floor.

The first cleaner left soap in the carpet, according to the second cleaner. The second cleaner left lines of dirt in the carpet. Both seemed to be not up to the job, physically, or perhaps the company expects them to comply with an unrealistic timeline. The price was low - and so was the quality.

It went extremely well ad the person cleaning arrived early, he worked very hard, got out the pet smells, eliminated stains and made our carpets look great. And the still look great!

Most stains removed (that could be), work was quick, professional, and looked nice.

The actual service was ok - our carpets are definitely cleaner now. The carpets dried within a day, which was ok. We can still smell some pet stains when we get close though, so it's certain the pets will be back to those spots. The major problem was the price and the way they handled our questions after the service. I previously hired this company in late 2015 on a $99 whole house deal. The technician at the time offered to spray some kind of pet stain solution over the entire carpet, though we only had a few problem areas. We took him up on this offer, which brought our total to about $160. The pet stains were improved, though like this service they were not completely removed. We thought the service & price were great, so my wife hired them again recently and handled the entire process. We purchased a similar deal, $83 for whole house cleaning. This time the technician identified 4 spots that were "heavily soiled" and needed extra treatment, which he charged at $50/gal and said he would use 4 gallons ($200 extra). Also, he said there was an application fee and sanitation fee, bringing the total to $460! My wife couldn't get ahold of me to ask about the price in 2015, but since we were happy with the last service, she trusted the technician and agreed to the service. Only after I asked her about the price did we realize that something was fishy. We felt that paying 3x the 2015 price was outrageous! My wife had to call 3 times before she was able to talk to someone. When she did talk to a service manager, he was very defensive and accusatory. She asked him about the line items on the bills, and he said that they have no way of knowing how much solution was used per job, because the company tracks solution used per day rather than per job. He said that the technician decides how much to charge for extra services, rather than having a company policy. He said that they don't do a hard sell, and that if she agreed to it there was nothing he could do. He said that the guy who did the service in 2015 was a notorious under-bidder and they quickly fired him. She asked him what the two technicians did differently, and he said there was no way to know because they don't have a standard invoice scheme and they weren't willing/able to contact the previous technician. They did not offer a sincere apology, any real explanation of the price difference, or offer to remedy anything. Due to the inconsistent, un-auditable, and un-cooperative business practices, we will never hire this company again. We recommend that everyone stay away from this company.

Carpets very wet when finished. It took 3 days to dry out and they stretched out of shape. I'm having to resrtetch the carpets.

GREAT - our service provider was knowledgable and got the job done very quickly.

The service person showed up at my home about 45 minutes early, it worked out for him and myself he started early and everything went well.

The representative arrived right on time, completed the work thoroughly and quickly.

Levi was professional, honorable, polite and respectful and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was very conscientious and efficient and hard working.

Amazing! Got a great deal. 4000 sq ft. of carpet cleaning. I have 3200 sq. ft. and had them do my whole house! They did including the couch (paid extra) great deal, great company. would use them again.

I will say that the price was very cheap. $95 for the whole house + $1 per stair. The associate was punctual and extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately the quality of the results were very disappointing. We're now a couple of days after the service and the carpets don't look any cleaner than they did before the service. Many of the stains came back and the carpets look dirty. I guess I should have been more skeptical for a whole house carpet cleaning for less than $100. Guess I'll write this one off to a lesson learned.

They did not get the carpets clean.

They were bad. It was a deal, it wasn't their usual price. I complained about it while he was here and he was like, "Oh, no, that is how it's supposed to be." So, I just dealt with the carpet myself. They were just like completely soaking. I'm like, "I don't think it's supposed to be like this," and he is like, "Yeah, it's fine," and I'm like, "It's not fine." They were on time.

It was pretty good. It wasn't great. The guy that did it was really good. I think their equipment was not the best. It just didn't clean as well as I thought it would although I think the guy that was using the equipment did the best he could.

Did a such a fantastic job the first time, I used them again a few weeks later. Technician was Justin both times. He was great.
