The gentleman who came was punctual, courteous and very professional. Even though I used a Groupon and paid $99 for carpet cleaning on a 5300 sq ft house, the service I received was excellent and would definitely use them again.

Jim was fabulous! He arrived a few minutes early and double checked that it was ok to be there. We assured him it was. He inspected the rooms to be done and gave us an action plan. He thanked us for having most large items moved out and rooms vacuumed. Once he started bringing in the hose inside he was careful to explain what he was using for cleaning solution and how he tries to be very careful with the hose, and that he would be opening windows in the rooms to help air and dry things. Overall it was quick, professional, well done and most of all CLEAN! Very pleased. Thank you Jim!

Did a great job of cleaning carpets in all rooms after we had moved out. A+

They cleaned the carpet but left it very wet. We had a contractor at our house while the carpets were being cleaned that day to give us an estimate on an unrelated job and she commented on how wet the carpeting was and said and quot;He isn't going to leave them that wet is he!and quot; He did. There were also large ripples in the carpeting afterwards where there had been none before. These have mostly disappeared as the carpet has dried but it took about two and a half days.

Arrived on time. Was told coupon only covered basic cleaning. No pretreating. No vacuuming and no finish raking. He said his machine did that. I had a few pet stains 2 or 3 asked them to be treated specially. He increased the price by double. The spots were more visible after the cleaning and bigger. He obviously did not use the extra cleaning I as He claimed.

Great experience. Called to see if they could come earlier, which worked out great for us. Cleaned all 3 levels of our house. Service included pre-treatment. Carpets look almost new. While I might be able to rent a machine for less, there's no way it would get the carpets as clean and it would take me all day. Will certainly use Curtis E in the future.

I purchased a Sharing Spree deal for this company for and quot;Entire House Carpet Cleaning, including stairs, for $109and quot;. I then proceeded to forget about this deal and it expired. I called the company just hoping to be able to apply the money I spent toward their regular fee. The gentleman said they always honor their expired deals, but they just add a $60 late fee. Still an exceptional deal! My carpets were cleaned well. The people were on time (even early) and very professional.

I bought a coupon online for $99 to clean carpets in an entire house. This was a great deal. Normally I just get the high traffic areas cleaned, but this time we did all carpeted areas. The technician showed up on time and got right to work. He was also expected to do some minor carpet stretching which was preformed quickly and seemed to be done well, so far. He was very efficient and the carpets looked great. My only negatives were 2 things... he placed some bar stools on a couch, in order to clean, but the stools left some black residue on the couch. Thankfully the couch is dark. Also, while he was cleaning the upstairs, the long large tube that was connected from his van up to the carpets fell a few times banging hard down the stairs and onto our hardwood floors. He could have been a little more careful. But overall, very good work done!

He was on time, professional, nice, and completed the work efficiently. With the groupon I felt I got a good deal. I don't know what their regular prices are.

His price was reasonable. He did a good job, quickly, and thorough.
