Quick easy clean and painless.

Perfect.

Rick did some repair work for us previously and we were very pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. We weren't initially sure if we wanted to pay to have the tub installed or do it ourselves, but Rick's price to do the whole job seemed fair so we hired him to do it all. Rick had an injury to his hand, so he had an assistant with him to do most of the work. Due to Rick having the injury, I helped carry the tub and put it in place as well (not a big deal). Everything turned out as expected and we were very happy with the finished product.

A happy story. The reason for callling Rick is his dependability. I always know he will do a super job and be so friendly along with the good work.

It went quite well. Ted, his apprentice and Rick were both great. I highly recommend them. He works for Neil Kelly Remodeling so he must be good.

What a nice guy! I called last weekend and left a message about my non-emergency plumbing issue and Rick and I spoke several times during the week to try to coordinate our schedules for checking out a leak under my kitchen sink. He took a look today, tightened a fitting, and asked me to keep an eye on it. He will replace the type of fitting I have with a different type that he says is less problematic next week. He charged me almost nothing even though he was here for half an hour. Very calm and personable guy.

The project went well. Rick and Ted quickly removed the old system and got right to it. The configuration of the new bathroom and its proximity to the sewer line entry under the house required some thought and planning, but I am very happy with the design of the system and the attention to detail.

The work required two separate service calls and the plumber showed up on the same day that I called; even when I phoned around noon one time. This promptness was greatly appreciated. He also cleaned up all the standing water. He was friendly and professional.

Rick did an exceptional job, he is very proffesional, on time and listens to the customers needs. Rick was called in to install a sink, faucet, ice bin, and gas lines to our outdoor kitchen and fireplace. He had to work in very confined quarters and needed to find good quality and "in code" solutions to meet our needs. I was also impressed that at the end of each work day he made sure the job site was clean.

Extremely well. When I called and explained the problem Rick offered to buy the new disposal and bring it along which was a great help to me. It was included in the price I paid. It turned out that he was actually a neighbor and so was there within minutes and finished the work in less then an hour. He is very friendly and as we chatted he said if I needed anything done just call, no charge, and he would run over and take care of it. As an elderly citizen I really appreciated the concern.

Our upstairs shower started to leak in to our downstairs shower... I walked by our downstairs shower one day and noticed a water bulge near the top of the shower wall, close to the shower ceiling. After removing the drywall, it was clear the leak was coming from the shower stall just above it on the second floor. We called around for estimates... After Rick's visit, he said he thought the shower drain needed to be re-sealed and gave us an estimate of $150. A second plumber we contacted for an estimate, after viewing the damage, claimed he would have to send out a few guys (a crew), each guy charging $128/hour, and claimed that he couldn't guarantee that they would actually repair the leak after their initial visit... that left us feeling as though we might end up paying a lot of money and still be left with a leaky shower. A third plumber we contacted would not come out for an estimate, but would only come out prepared to repair the damage during the initial visit; in this instance we didn't know what we were looking at in terms of repair, time, or cost. Needless to say, we went with Rick Tarsia of Cascadia Plumbing. Rick was responsive, on time, respectful, and fixed our leaky shower in about two hours for $150 - his original estimate... a man of his word. My husband and I have found a plumber (Rick Tarsia) that we will not hesitate to contact again for future plumbing needs.

Rick returned my call promptly and was able to come out the very next day. It turned out to be a very simple fix. He gave me information for possible future replacement, but did not try to talk me into doing it now. Other than being embarrassed that I couldn't have figured it out myself, it was an overall good experience.

We called Cascadia Plumbing to come and give us an estimate for a mid-range bathroom remodel. Rick, the owner, who is also a journeyman plumber came out to our home. He was punctual, polite, and had a very calm temperament. He walked through everything with us; giving us the opportunity to ask questions and made suggestions. We accepted his fair estimate and he commenced work as scheduled; arriving everyday at 8:30 am. He worked steadily; cleaned up after himself and always had a pleasant attitude. If challenges arose; he took care of them. We are delighted with our new bathroom. We would recommend Cascadia to anyone. Rick appears to have all the skills of a modern day plumber with old fashioned values.

I contacted Rick on a Monday evening after discovering standing water in our living room. He was able to come out that Wednesday morning. He showed up right on time. He was able to diagnose the source of the leak by checking out the crawlspace and opening up a small section of the drywall. The leak was coming from a finishing nail that penetrated the copper pipe leaving the hot water heater. Rick removed the damaged section of pipe and replaced it with a new fitting. The problem was fixed and his fee was exactly on par with his hourly quote. I wouldn't hesitate to call Rick again for future work.

He was quick and pleasant and he did a nice job.
