Arrived exactly on time agreed, Very respectful, treated all the heavy dog pee and walked area and deodorize as expected. Payment requested exactly as quoted. Work took Less than 30 minutes for around 380-400 sq ft. The only reason why not 5 stars because the carpet is still stained, it is cleaner but stains still visible. I was expecting less visible stains mainly from the heavy walk area entering from the garage. I understand the aged dog yellow pee area still to be visible. I appreciate fast but felt a little rushed. I still would recommend for frequent carpet cleaning.

Hired a â brandâ name to clean large family room and stairway carpet. They upcharged us and we told them no. We were on a strict timeline of less than a week. Tim responded quickly and worked us in. We were impressed with the communication leading up to our cleaning. Our carpet was well used and had some stains. It now looks better than we hoped it would!. Tim is a straight shooter and a professional. We will absolutely use them next time.

I needed 2 rooms, an area rug, plus a king size mattress cleaned. Tim said he is able to get that all cleaned. He came the time he said he would. Was in and out within 2 hours. Price was really reasonable.

They arrived punctual and were ready to work..walked them though the house ţo show them our problem areas that needed extra attention. Areas were pretty dark stains, had lots of traffic dirt, and several others that our cats had urinated in. Tim and nephew, Hunter took extra care ensuring all rooms were cleaned and deodorized. Smelled great in house, super clean when done, and very timely as well. I plan to rehire them again in the future. Extremely pleased with quality of work. Highly recommend this business, 5 stars !!!
