Donâ t waste time looking at other places; this is the only carpet cleaning company you should consider. Have used them at my rental properties a few times, and I couldnâ t say enough good things about Tim and his team. These guys are truly the best in the business, and make sure that youâ re 100% satisfied before they leave and consider the job closed. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and everyone! Not a second thought behind it! They ARE the best!

Very nice owner. Small local business. Had a thorough discussion to manage my expections of what he could do with my dog hair and dog stained sofa ( dog likes the sofa obsessively) Very thorough. Both techs ( one was the owner) were very pleasant to deal with. Price was fair ( for current pricing which has gotten very expensive). I’d hure them again for sure.

Cleaned my carpets in less than 90 minutes

We had a disaster to deal with. Our hot water heater burst and flooded our basement. My wife and I used sheets and towels and eventually rented extraction equipment but we were both pretty dissatisfied with our efforts. We called a couple of large well known companies only to be told you need a disaster recovery company to deal with this situation. Finally we called Tim from Valley Carpet Cleaning. We were up front and explained our situation, he told us to continue what we were doing, get some air on it and that he would stop by to look at the situation and tell us if he could help. He did so and to our great relief he told us I think we can fix this. The very next day first thing in the morning his crew were here with their extraction equipment which I believe their equipment was probably twice as powerful as what we had rented and probably took out twice the amount of water in half the time. They also brought three large size industrial fans. We put a dehumidifier, and a space heater in the area, sealed it off and with the large industrial fans we were able to dry the area out in 3 days. Oh did I mention their was carpeting in this area!! At the end of the week the crew came back and deep cleaned our carpeting. My wife and I were really impressed with their good work. I believe ultimately they saved us a lot of money. In fact I know that had I continued renting that equipment it would have cost me more than what I paid for Valley Carpet Cleaning services. Well we feel lucky to have found Tim and Valley Carpet Cleaning. It was interesting to meet Tim and his crew and to learn their story. Truly a family owned business that is about building a name and positive reputation through customer satisfaction.

He did a great job getting stains out

Tim was prompt in getting us scheduled. Hunter was the tech that came out and did the work. He showed up on time, great attitude and got right to work. He did a great job on a space that a tenant had moved out of. Really appreciated the prompt and courteous service. Thank you! Will definitely use these folks again.

First, Tim came by to give a quote. He was punctual, friendly, and efficient. The quote was reasonable. Second, Hunter came to clean the carpet. He too was punctual, friendly, and efficient. When he was done, my carpet looked a million times better. Third, we have very high standards. We had the most amazing carpet cleaner for many years.
