Description of Work: Keplers reupholstered my sofa, including new detached seat and back cushions. I supplied the fabric so there was a small fee which is reasonable since they do make some money on fabric sales. It actually looks like a new sofa, and is more comfortable. Because it's in the middle of the room, the appearance of the back is extremely important. It's better than when it was new in 1998! What really impressed me was that they included "breather vents" beside the zippers on seat and back cushions because the fabric is air-tight. I'd never heard of that and would not have known to ask. Also, although I had asked that the new back cushions be the same height as the old ones, when it was delivered they seemed way to high. This was because the old cushions had been down-filled pillow style and the new ones were box cushions. They recut the foam and altered the cover for a perfect fit at no cost. Now that's great customer service. Pick up and delivery were on-time and extremely professional. They worked around my travel schedule so I was minimally inconvenienced. Would call Keplers again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Kepler's turned 2 Danish mid-century modern chairs that had been destroyed by dogs from disaster to beautiful. These chairs were inherited & very special to me. Though I may have been able to find similar new chairs at a lower price, the work they did was exceptional & I don't regret the investment for a minute. I will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: Stopped in for estimate on large ("chair and a half") seat cushion and back cushion. I just wanted to have new foam since it has gotten to soft. I was a little shocked to here the price. $375.00 for seat and $195.00 for back. Ouch. I guess I didnt know that how much upholstry costs.

Description of Work: We have a couch and loveseat, mission style, whose cushion were spent. Went to every furniture store in area and could only find firm enough new furniture that was either was too big or ridiculously expensive. We like the set so decided to look into new cushions. Very happy to have found this place, fairly close to us, who would work with us. We ended up keeping the covers and just replacing the cushions. Very happy with work. Went extra mile to help us firm up the back cushions more after using new ones for a couple of weeks.

Description of Work: Kepler's Upholstery & Furniture reupholstered an old chair from the 1920's. The wood work was also redone as well as the packing around the arms and legs. This was the second chair they had done for us.

+ -1 moreThe reupholstered chair looks great! Everyone at the shop was very helpful and patient as I looked through the many choices of fabric. I was pleased they listened so carefully to my reupholstering requests so that no mistakes were made.
Description of Work: After having a living room chair refinished, I had Kepler's reupholster it. They were very helpful with respect to selecting a fabric for the chair. I also liked their selection of fabrics that were environmentally-friendly. I slightly changed the original design and structure of the chair and was concerned how the changes would be incorporated by the reupholstering process. The chair looks great! Now I’m considering having other furniture updated with new upholstery instead of going out and buying brand new furniture.

+ -1 moreWe have used Kepler's before and will again when we need upholstery work done. They care about the work they do and have wonderful people working for them. Brian is very continuous when estimating and Anne behind the desk is very professional. They ordered a sample of the leather that would be used on the couch and had a hold put on the dialog on the amount that would be needed. Called as soon as they received it, so we could come in and approve the color. When the leather was in they came to pickup this very heavy piece of furniture. It was returned in a week in perfect condition.
Description of Work: Had a hundred year old mission style sofa upholstered. Repaired the framed where it was required and added additional padding.
