I brought the six chairs and bought fabric from them. They were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and even showed my little daughters how they repaired and reupholstered furniture. Great customer service. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent in terms of both in-depth design advice in choosing a fabric and pattern which harmonizes with both the Stickley Mission wood furniture design as well as the room decor in which the furniture is placed and the actual reupholstery. Kepler's is now in the process of some further cushion reupholstery for me for a Joinery wood couch.

The entire experience with Kepler's was terrific. Their location is a bit out-of-the-way for us but the drive (multiple) was worth it. My wife first met with a salesperson at the store. He was very helpful and helped her get a sense of the options. Our bench cushion is 6 ft X 2 ft X 8 in and had a cover stitched on that could not be removed and washed. The salesperson at the store helped my wife see the pricing options, which was very helpful since this was our first time. My wife and I then went back and picked the cloth we wanted. The lady at the desk then was also very helpful and she helped us also pick pillows that matched our choice of cloth for the seat bench cushion. My wife and I were very pleased with the choices and gave a deposit that day. We were disappointed that they said they would take 8 weeks to complete it. They did promise to squeeze it in if they had the time. We were lucky and they managed to turn it around in 2 weeks. Someone's cancellation was our gain and we were very pleased with the result. The fit was perfect and we love the new look. Well worth the price. I'd highly recommend Kepler's!

Excellent. I sent a picture of the chair by e-mail and received an estimate. We then went to their shop to pick out fabric. When they were ready to do the job they called us and we took the chair in. They said it would be done in 7 to 10 days and it was done in 6. The results were excellent and the quality was as good as the original.

heartbreaking. Kepler's reupholstered some pieces in the 1990's and we were happy with everything. I would have given them an "A" rating back then. The $10,000 Kreiss sofa we had them work on in 2009 was absolutely horrible. The cushion upholstery shifted within 3 months after delivery and has remained so ever since.The back pillows that we loved and that really made the sofa special were replaced with smaller, cheap pillows. I would NEVER use them again. I hope things have changed in the last 5 years but i completely lost all trust in Kepler's.

Everything went as scheduled. The people were very professional, pleasant to deal with and patient with the time it took me to find a fabric that I truly liked. They like their business and their customers and it shows; I can see why they have such good ratings on Angie's List - they deserve it!

Kepler's gave me an estimate and time frame on the project. They were able to finish the project earlier than expected. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the customer service of Kepler's. They were even able to fix one of the arms that was loose.

Very well. The bench and chair were old and worn; needlepoint piece made by my Mother was cleaned and placed back on. The bench has been a gift but the springs were "sprung" so he rebuilt everything. He is my upholsterer of choice.

Everything went great. They have all kinds of choices for fabric. I had in mind what I wanted and found exactly that. I purchased a fabric that was the look and feel of mohair, but was not as costly as wool. It was just beautiful. The price seems steep to pay, but it is well worth the price. My pieces look brand new.

Great service. Went to see them with my undone slipcover. The upper corners of it. Had become undone after washing. They agreed to fix it and told me that job could last up to two weeks because they had a lot of other projects they were working on. However, I got a call that same afternoon telling me that my slipcover was done! They told me that the lady in charge of the repair was able to do it between two bigger jobs! People were extremely nice, very efficient and when I decide to upholster my couch, I will bring it to them!

Not all is completed yet but Marvin is awesome and everyone that works with him is great. Only problem I see is that he is listed as being in Portland and he is actually in Tigard. Portland would have been a problem for us. I actually found his correct location on Google. Angie's List should correct his address location.

My experience with Kepler's was very positive. They carefully assessed the condition of the chair that needed repair, advised me of what they could do and what complications might be encountered. Work was done on time and for the price quoted. Did a very nice job.

I chose Kepler's because of the raving reviews on angieslist. They are a phenomenal upholsterer. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted to do to my headboard and matching bench and Kepler's went above and beyond my expectations. There was a waiting period of a few weeks before they were able to pickup my items. They then sent them to another company to be custom painted before starting. From the point of pickup, the wait was minimal. Expensive; yes. Time-consuming; yes. Able to listen to my ramblings and discern important details from my babbling; yes. Deliver a beautiful, custom, one-of-a-kind heirloom quality piece to my door; yes. Marvin and Ann were very professional and personable and both lovely to work with. In fact, I've already given them more pieces to work their magic on. Just that awesome. Also, if I hadn't had my own fabric, they have a showroom with literally hundreds of fabric samples and I would have easily found another in their stock. If you select an inexpensive upholsterer, you will receive cheap work. If you care about quality and workmanship, contact an elite professional, like Kepler's. I've posted pictures of the before and after of the headboard. I love them so much!

I think, they did a good job, but they were expensive. Their maintenance there are a little bit pricey.

Very responsive and professional service. They priced the work at cost (fabric) plus labor. Overall cost was relatively expensive, but mostly due to the high cost of the fabric I selected.

The store is very professional and realistic regarding time frames and what can be done. My swedish rocker was similar to a rocker a gentleman brought in for repair but his had no seat cushions. I brought in my cushions so Kepler could see how mine was constructed should the person want them to make cushions. They are busy and project a wait time for you which I am willing to live with because there work is very well done by very knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them.

Kepplers offers a very good selection of fabirc types. We were pleased to have help narrowing down our choices as it can be daunting trying to zero in on the type of fabric we wanted. The chairs are beautiful and look entirely different. I was very pleased that 3 chairs I had inherited from my parents were given a new life and look to fit my style. I think of them when I see the furniture though it has a new look altogether. They offer different types of cushions and have samples that you can test in the shop. It was very helpful to select the one that we prefer.
