Description of Work: JBC Roofing came very promptly at the agreed upon time. We have two sets of three skylights which were installed by a different roofing company several years ago--apparently with the wrong flashing. This resulted in an on going leak problem. We were very happy with the estimate of $2400. as we received an estimate from another roofing company for $6500. JBC replaced the flashing above the skylights and replaced the tile roofing above the flashing for $2400. The work was done promptly and professionally. We are very pleased with our experience with them and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: This time it was roof/gutter maintenance...we've used them for roof maintenance and repairs, then a new roof, and now regular roof maintenance. We wouldn't use anybody else! JBC is reliable, prompt, and appropriately priced for the service and professionalism provided.

Description of Work: They came out on time and provided a bid for the work they did and |completed the work as asked. there were some leaks and they came right out again and repair those and did not charge me extra. I would use this company |again and in fact will use them again next year.

Description of Work: JBC Roofing did a complete tearoff and roof replacement, including plywood, on one of our rental properties. They also installed new gutters and downspouts. I had obtained four quotes which I analyzed carefully, since each of the companies had a different approach to what needed to be done with the roof. I went with JBC because their pricing was one of the two lowest, and their approach made the most sense to me. They did an excellent job as far as I can tell, and I'm confident that if there are future issues that come up, they will respond appropriately. I'm very satisfied with my selection to have them do the work.

Description of Work: Called to get a quote for a small roof leak at my chimney. Called three local companies that all got good ratings on Angie's List. This company actually got on the roof and took a look vs trying to use a zoom on a camera to see what was going on. Quote was $300 better than the other company I considered. Proposals were exactly the same. Used a 10% coupon from Angie's List and the job was $585. I felt this was a fair price based on the other quotes I got. Good communication. Job was delayed one day because of rain, but JBC communicated and showed up on time the following day. Would use them again for sure.

Description of Work: I am a Remodeling Contractor and I have used JBC Roofing for a long time - beginning in 1990. Through the years I have used other Roofing Contractors - but I have found that Brad and his crews have always been professional and do the work at a reasonable price. It would be difficult to find a better roofing contractor in the Portland Area.
