The founder’s previous HVAC service experience was commercial only but saw an opportunity in the residential add-on, replacement and service business that was under served. "Decent service, but way too expensive. They charged me $175 per lb for R410A for my system, if my system required more than 6 lbs. Turns out my sytem required 12 pounds, so my final bill was more than $1000 more than the iniitial quote. When I checked online, R410A could be bought for $10 per lb, in a 25 lb container. Other HVAC companies I called (after the fact), quoted prices of $40-$80 per lb for R410A. Make sure to ask how much they charge for refrigerant before hiring this company!!"
