They did a decent job with the paint, but they're detailing left something to be desired. Specifically, they left the door jams on the interior of the car as well as some plastic pieces dirtier.

They were very honest and they did the work well. The car looked great. They fixed a couple of other small things at no additional charge.

It was great. I used my two coupons for the inside and outside. The attention to detail was really good. My car was really dirty and they worked really hard to get it done. They couldn't do it in a day. They arranged for me to get it back and use it that evening and then get it back and finish it the next day. They were really nice and really helpful. They did a great job. That was a really good deal. They delivered what they said they could once they looked at my car. They were great.

They did a good job on detailing interior and exterior. I continue to use them for hand washing.

It was a mediocre result. 1997 4Runner. Bought a coupon for a detail. They fit us into their schedule just fine. The end result was just ok. I have used them several times. Ownership has changed over the years. The quality has dropped off. The first time I used them about 8 years ago they knocked my socks off with the level of detail. After this last detail, I inspected it before paying. The roof was missed completely and the cargo area had to be re-vacuumed. I decided then that I would not return for another detail. I feel like when I bring in a car to get detailed it should look better than if I did the job. It didn't.

As the coupon stated: "Purchase two deals to cover both interior and exterior detailing." I had to argue with the owner who claimed that I was not allowed to buy two coupons for detailing. I brought the coupon back to point out that as indicated in black and white: "$99 for an interior or exterior auto detailing package: Thorough cleaning and conditioning of all interior or exterior materials Complete hand-wash and wax of the vehicle exterior Purchase two deals to cover both interior and exterior detailing Deal includes cleaning the headliner, dash, console, seats, floor mats, carpets, map pockets, cup holders, vents, switches/buttons, door jambs, trunk space, tires, and exterior lights." I paid extra to have my car detailed because it is a SUV. They neglected to wax and polish the roof which I paid extra for. I called, told them; they said bring it back. I took it back and showed them what and where: the roof and under hatch back lift were not waxed and polished. They only washed my car and NEVER waxed and polished the roof and hatch back lift as was suppose to be done. I value my time and money and work hard to have both. Ace Reconditioning wasted both of these. I don't like to argue to have their offer honored nor have to fight to get the job done correctly. I paid a lot of money to have my entire car detailed; the job was not completed. I would not go back for a third time; twice is enough to get mistakes corrected.

That was alright. I dropped the car off and they called me when it was done.

It went very well. They offer a rental car for $10.00 for the day. Nothing fancy but but got me where I needed to go.

They do fantastic work, we have taken our car there before and are very happy with their work. They even enhanced the faded paint on the tailgate.

They were very good. They were very courteous, prompt, and delivered on what they said they were going to do. The scheduling was pretty easy.

They sprayed the inside of the back window and never wiped it down. It was not perfect but it was fine. Most of it was done well. The price was fine. It was a good deal. Their responsiveness was great.

The work they did was satisfactory but the technician forgot to vacuum the hatchback trunk area of my SUV. I dropped off the vehicle at 8:00 am and it was ready at 4:00 pm. By the time I picked up the vehicle it was dark outside and impossible to check for quality work . The next day I checked the vehicle and noticed it was still dirty in the trunk. Not a big deal I vacuumed it out at home. What really distressed was when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me I owed an additional $25 for tree pitch removal? I agreed to pay extra to have the foggy headlights buffed out but there was no mention of an extra charge for tree pitch. The company reluctantly waived the fee. I felt this was a bait and switch.

Great! They got the mocha stain off the cloth upholstery on the passenger seat (Lesson: always put the drink holder on the floor) and dealt with the stubborn bits of pitch on the exterior. And got all the cruddy bits from a way-too-long between car cleanings habit. Super bonus was the $5 a day loaner. And a very nice loaner at that.

Looked a lot like an automatic car wash/wax job.

We have used Ace multiple times for our vehicles. We have always been satisfied. They do a great job and if you have an issue or concern it is addressed. We will continue to use Ace to maintain the interior and exterior of our vehicles.

They did an excellent job. The exterior in particular looked almost as good as the day it came new off the car dealer lot. The interior work was done well also, but having beat up the interior a little with hauling tools and supplies around I did not expect them to perform a miracle. The exterior was however almost miraculous. This was a coupon transaction, so our cost was very reasonable.

Repair place was a little further away than I thought. When pu car noted that one side of bumper not flush or well attached. Was fixed right then and there.

The outside of the car looked great, but i expected more to be done (i.e., leather seats cleaned and conditioned) for the price. Evidently, you need to pay more for that service which we were not aware. We arrived early for our appointment, but waited for approximately 20 minutes after the shop was suppose to open. The provider said he had some kind of car trouble or something, so he arrived late. He was Spanish speaking so there was a little diffculty with communication. We were called promptly when our car was finished. Overall, the experience was good and I would return for additional services.

Canceled appointment due to extra costs.

Took advantage of a special offering. They did a good job, car was ready on time, all very professional.

Would need to keep my car overnight and unable to do that. My car is the only vehicle that transports my 3 kids - 6 and twins that are 4. Also, very difficult to understand the gentleman at Ace. Very heavy speaking Spanish accent. No services were preformed.

When I came to pick up my vehicle, the employee said it was done, and he was proud of the work he did. I think he should have spent a few more minutes doing the final touches to my car while I waited. The front seats were laying all the way back, there was a smudge on the back window, some wax residue on the front driver's door and the passenger side of my car. He appeared to be really busy with lot of work on his plate that day.
