Excellent! Ace did a great job in all areas. I had pulled out all the seats and carpet from my 2004 F150. Ace did a wonderful job installing new carpet and putting it all back together. They also did a full detail inside and out. Price was exactly what was quoted and work done on time. Great communications, personable and professional staff. Than you Ace!

Great as usual. We are return customers. Just be sure you use the ACE Reconditioning in Tigard and not the Ace in Sherwood that is not connected to this one at all .

Very well they needed an extra day to shampoo twice but the car looked brand new.

We keep it in pretty clean shape but afterwards, all kinds of people were asking where we'd had it done! Someone asked us to let them know if we wanted to sell it! Truly looked like new! Eric worked out some price issues with us to our satisfaction beforehand. Really appreciated his willingness to do that and his general responsiveness with other questions. He runs a good operation there!

The outside of the car looked nice, but they broke off a windshield washer nozzle while cleaning, and simply put it back in place without saying anything. Of course it didn't work and fell out when I went to check it. Interior was really nice but it was such a rush job that they had to run the car at idle with the heater blasting for over 30 minutes to dry the interior faster. Idling a car for that long is NOT good for an engine. Refused to rectify either situation. Avoid at all costs.

I drove in during a scheduled appointment. They worked on the scratches for an hour while I waited. The result is beautiful. I cannot tell where the dame was. Very pleased.

They did an excellent job eliminating the cigarette odor from the vehicle.

I'm selling my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport on TRED.com. I brought it to Ace Car Reconditioning for a full detail inside and out. Didn't do the engine compartment - kicking myself a little because it is dusty and could use a wipe down. These guys are great! The car looks super shiny on the exterior, clean and not overly shinny on the interior... you know like when other places just put oily residue on the dash and doors. These guys use a dressing that is not oily and it is clean. Exactly what I hoped for. They are very attentive to your descriptions of what you'd like to have done. They accommodated everything I requested. Kudos! I would use them again for other vehicles in the near future. The price is a very fair price.

Ace was very competitive on price, but more importantly, they were able to schedule my work much more quickly than other auto body shops in the area. Eric was great to work with. Would highly recommend their services - great customer service.

Pretty well. Most impressive was that they got spots/Stains out in the Honda Seat Material that even Honda couldn't get out. However they did miss a couple of nooks and crannies but not many. I had a Honda Ridgeline and so they missed washing out the lockable rear boot in the bed of the truck which is unique to Ridgelines

Outstanding! Had them do an interior detail of my 2013 Prius. First of all the quality of the work: outstanding. It looked like new! Second, the staff was VERY friendly and easy to work with. Third, communication. They called to confirm my appointment, updated me on the status and when it took longer than anticipated to dry (it was pretty rainy), they contacted me and made arrangement for me to have a loaner car for an additional day at no charge. Price: reasonable and below market rate. HIGHLY RATED!

The work is done very well. The employees are pleasant to work with and professional.

I had problems getting there with my water pump blown out so I was two hours hour late getting there. I told them I’ll just leave extra to have it picked up by a tow truck. They didn’t do anything but was the Camaro. They were supposed to paint the side. I contacted them and they said I should come back but I didn’t get around to take back and that was disappointing.

Detail was great. water spots, black and silver paint all looked great. Touch ups were pretty visible- they will protect but would need more work to minimize.
