Description of Work: They cleaned outside and inside my car. The car was fairly clean. i asked the worker to re-clean the upholstery, as there were finger prints all over. he was very polite and receptive to doing it better. I thought auto detailing would get spots off my windows, but it did not. I was not really that impressed. I may use them again, but am not really sure.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal that they offered through Angie's list, it stated that they would repair scraches and dents in the car finish, I bought two one for my scratches and one for a small dent. My car is only 5 years old and in very good condition, with a few shopping cart mishaps. When I arrived with my car they stated that my scratches were either too big or too small and the process would not work for them, They said the best they could do was to detail it and buff it which would cost me another 50.00. I stepped up. They did remove the dent and looked good, but all the other scratches are still there, about the same as I could of done with a can for touch up paint and some wax. To top it off on the Angies List reciept it showed an address, I plugged it into my gps, got there only to find out that my appointment was 10 miles back the way at thier other location, I had just fought the 217 rush hour traffic to get there.

Description of Work: I purchased the following Big Deal several months ago. I have had trouble scheduling my cars for the service, but finally got an appointment I could make last Saturday. I spoke with them on Thursday told them I would drop the car off on Friday night and leave the key in the key drop. I kept waiting for a call on Saturday to let me know that my car was done. I finally called around 4pm. At first, they couldn't find my car, and when they finally did, they reported that no work had been done at all. They said they didn't even know about my car and it wasn't on the schedule. There is no way I will be able to get both of my cars in before the deal expires, and after last Saturday's debacle, I am not interested in pursuing it any further. I would like to request a refund for both coupons.

Description of Work: We purchased the auto detailing for all three of our cars. When we called to make and appointment, I was put on hold for 5 minutes, then told it would be 2 weeks before the work could be done. When we gave the description of the vehicles, we were quoted additional prices. Then we would have to drop the vehicle off at 8 am and it would take 7 hours for the work to be completed. They said that they had loaner cars, but none were available for either day we had an appointment. We just could not make the logistics work.

Description of Work: I ordered a birthday box of Mrs. Fields cookies for my husband's birthday to be delivered to his place of work as a surprise for him. He was very pleasantly surprised and said they were very good. It was a very large box of various cookies so he brought them home and I froze them for his future lunches which worked out wonderful. Thanks for the nice surprise for him.

Description of Work: We bought a $99 Valentine special which I thought expired the end of Aug. But it expired the day before i checked in mid August. I called to see if they would still honor it and they would only apply it to the full cost. Essentially no discount at all. So we made the appointment and drove from north of Vancouver to Hillsboro only to find there was no loaner car available. You have to cal in advance. Then I found the standard $150 detail did not include the interior and exterior. So the cost became $250 total. My wife came to get me and we made another round tip to pick it up. The front bumper was not shining like the rear one and I asked about it. They waid it would not shine up the same. After I got home I noticed the next day that the running boards were spotted. I received an email from the company and replied to it mentioning the bumper and the spots. I never heard back at all. I will say the workers were friendly, professional and hard working. That was the only good thing about the experience. I put off this hoping to hear back and then gave up.

Description of Work: They were good but not great. They detailed the car and the car was clean but there were things that had been overlooked and I had to ask for them to fix which they did.

Description of Work: Contacted Ace shortly before the service coupon I purchased earlier in the year expired and was fitted in before the expiration. Then I cancelled due to an emergency. Called to reschedule and was told that they WOULD honor the coupon past its expiration date! They did a beautiful and thorough job detailing both the inside and outside of my car. In order to get both the inside and outside done I did have to purchase the additional service at the full $150 price tag. It took them about a 1/2 day (5-6 hours) to do the whole job but I was able to find a nearby quiet spot to read the afternoon away.They offered to drop me off when I left the car with them

Description of Work: The Angie's Big Deal offer was confusing because the promo spoke of dents and creases, but the fine print said no creases. I emailed the Ace but I did not receive a reply defining what was considered a dent vs. a crease. Since time was running out, I purchased the Big Deal and made an appointment. When I took my car in, I was informed that my dent was, in fact, considered a crease but Ace would attempt to repair it anyway, at an extra charge. I was informed that they would need my car for 6 hours, so I went off to hang out at the Tigard Public Library for the day. I was sitting in front, waiting for the library to open, when Edgar appeared to tell me that his technician had a family emergency and would not be coming to work that day. We rescheduled the appointment; I again spent the day at the library while Ace had my car. The two creases that someone had put in the side of my car by banging their car door against mine were virtually invisible. Despite the rough start to the Big Deal, the work was excellent.
