Description of Work: Had a little hassle at first, there was some dog hair in the back seat. In spite of the hard time I gave them (my car is not a dogmobile), they remained professional. We settled on an extra $10. Car looks great!

Description of Work: Went very well. We dropped off the car at the assigned time. They called to indicate the service was complete before the agreed upon delivery. | Work quality was very good. The truck is spotless.

Description of Work: I used Ace on 72nd in Tigard. My experience was exceptional! Grade A+ Wow; my car looks brand new, not 10 years old! My car has been keyed, I had door dings and rock chips. All fixed. Thank you.

Description of Work: They repaired a tear in my leather seat. They matched it perfectly and it looks like new. However, I purchased a $25 gift certificate online and they did not honor it. They said it did not cover seat repair.

Description of Work: Ace did an interior and exterior reconditioning. Both jobs were done well but achieved less than I expected based on their sales presentation. It was a job well done but not exceptionally well done.

Description of Work: I should have read the fine print more closely. My black crossover as opposed to another color of car is an added expense for both it being a crossover and black. |This led to them keeping the car an extra day.

Description of Work: We purchased this thinking it was a great deal. However, upon scheduling an appt, we learned about a couple of additional fees (ie SUV fee) that made it less of a deal and increased the total cost by ~30%.

Description of Work: Did a great job. Took a little longer than originally expected. Weather was not cooperating with the paint drying, and they wanted to make sure it was done right. Would use again.

Description of Work: Useless !!! |After purchasing this, found out that they will only take your car if you drop it off at 8-8:30am ! Apparently they need alllll day to do a car, Does that mean it takes all day for ONE car...mmm doubt that. So why do they need my car all day. I want my money back on this service !

Description of Work: Cleaned inside & outside of our 2010 van until it looked like new. And they got most stains out of the rugs. (ACE told us they could not get one coffee stain out, but it was considerably lightened). Great job. And dog hair was gone.

Description of Work: The offer was to wax and touch up small chips on the paint. The paint touch up was not even close and when you touched it the paint came off. I picked up my vehicle only to find that they did not wax the top of my truck. When I called to let them know of their error they waned to reschedule in 3 or 4 days. Meaning I would have to take another day off from work. After expressing that was not acceptable they said they would fit me in on Saturday. They were upset and did a poor job. I sill never use them again. It was a good price bit very poor quality. | |

Description of Work: Exterior car detail and paint touch- up. It went well in the end. They were late finishing the job, and in the final rush missed a few details. However, when I took the car back a few days later to point out areas they had missed, they were very accommodating and fixed those areas to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I had interior and exterior detailing done on my car. I bought the deal because they had a location close to my house and a good price($200), when I called to make an appointment they told me that location was closesd indefinitely and I had to go to the one 16 miles from my house. When I brought my car in they said they had to charge me an extra fee because it was a dark color(red) they had to charge me an extra fee because it was an SUV(would'nt that be easier?)and another fee because I have a dog, even though I have vinyl seats and very little hair, its a small dog. So i had to pay $75 extra. As far as the work they did a good job, it was very clean and I missed a few personal items and money and they put it all on a bag for me. One thing, I warned they about some pin stripping and they buffed some of it off.

Description of Work: We originally purchased an Angie's List $149 Exterior Detail Special for our car. We were unavoidably delayed for several weeks before scheduling the work. Ace subsequently wanted an additional $25, claiming the paint was badly oxidized. I have no way to judge this, but the overall result looks good. |I also had Ace paint a new body panel which I supplied, then installed. Ace charged us $200 for this, which is reasonable if the paint job lasts. |All work was done at Ace's Tigard shop, not the Beaverton shop shown above. |And last, although we paid $149 for the detail job, Ace's final paperwork indicates $99, which is the value of a different Angie's List "special" they're now running. Moral: they are better with the work than with the paperwork. We have graded them down slightly on price because they upsold us $25 and then got the paperwork wrong. Not a big deal.
