Description of Work: Detail the exterior of are car. They provided a loaner car, so I could get to an appointment. The car was ready later that day and looked great.

Description of Work: Exterior detail of our car. Didn't detail under the hood, critical on our car. Took considerably longer to do the job than told initially. Did paint touch-up after buffing rather than before.

Description of Work: I took advantage of an exterior detailing and touch up offer. My car looked amazing and I couldn't even see the scratches on the rear panel. When I got home, I noticed that the touch up paint from a previous job had been partially removed. I took the car back to ACE and not only did they immediately re-apply touch up paint, they threw in a car wash for free. Excellent, friendly service. I'll be a repeat customer!

Description of Work: I used a coupon from Angie's list to have my car bumper repaired. They did an excellent job on the bumper - it looks great and was a good value for the money. Everyone that I dealt with at the shop was pleasant and professional. The work required one day longer than estimated but that was not a surprise. I will definitely consider this shop for future work like this.

Description of Work: First, the shop I went to was the Tigard address. I felt the efforts in making arrangements pre service was very good. Likewise, the professionalism of owner/ manager Eric Palacios, was very good; however, I was charged $30 for pet hair, which was minimal as I vacuum my car frequently and the cats are rarely in the car and in a carrier within the car. I was also charged in the range of $5-$15 for having a "large" vehicle. Admittedly, it was pointed out to me that these two items were in the small, small print of the contract, so technically it was my responsiblity to be aware. However, I didn't see those contract add-ons and I felt they were lost at the end of the contract. I didn't agree with the $30 for a relatively small amount of cat hair, and I felt the charge for a large vehicle was subjective and arbitrary. After these charges were added, I paid as much as I generally do at another care care business much closer to my home, and therefore wouldn't have use this service. I was expecting to pay $99, not $139, so I feel somewhat taken advantage of. I do say, however, that the cleaning of the car inside AND out, was very very good. I would just suggest that Angie's List should point out additional costs may be added in the services they offer, or that the business make these add-on items more obvious in the contract, not hidden in the tiny print at the end of the contract.

Description of Work: The guys at Ace did an interior detail on my passenger car. They did a nice job, respected my preferences (such as no conditioner on the cargo mat), and finished it up on time even though they were short-handed that day. I've used them before and will go back again.

Description of Work: Replaced right front door which was hit by neighbor with an equivalent door from like vehicle and then painted, polished and made it look new.

Description of Work: They were supposed to touch up the paint on the car and detail the exterior. There was some buckled paint on the rear bumper. The technician examined it and said that with just paint, it couldn't be made "perfect" again, which was logical, but we told him to "just do the best you can". It actually looked much better on the bumper, but even though he had pointed out lots of other smaller paint chipped places around the car, they hadn't put paint on several of them. So it just seemed incomplete.
