Description of Work: Interior + exterior detailing, did a great job taking care of a bunch of nicks plus several years of 2 kids' worth of interior beating.

Description of Work: I had my windshield replaced. Very professional and nice people to do business with. Highly recommend. My car was completed early and they were sure to notify me if I wanted to pick it up before end of day.

Description of Work: Good job with detailing. Although touch ups are only designed for small specks (rock chips), they did a good job of covering bumper scrapes.

Description of Work: I heard nothing from anyone since 9-4-15 when I placed and paid for the order. I phoned Benchmark today and they had NO RECORD of the transaction plus their employee had a snippy attitude. Also, this is the SECOND prepaid Angies List today that I have cancelled. Ace Car Conditioning never contacted me. All other Angies List transactions prior to the above - the service provider has ALWAYS PHONED US within 1-5 days from the date we used our credit card. So a change has occurred with Angies List.

Description of Work: Did a great job on my late model black mustang with an exterior detail.

Description of Work: When I showed up for my appointment (which was made more than a month in advance), the paint expert was not there. That meant I had to return on another day to get that part of the job done. And when I did return, I was not that happy with the rush job they did on the paint touch up. They were professional, but I did not like having to return on my time.

Description of Work: A passenger in my car had left a ball point pen mark on my cream colored leather. It was a significant and very noticeable mark. The man from Ace covered and blended the area with a shade that matched the leather perfectly. You cannot see the pen mark and you cannot spot any difference in the shade of the leather. He did an exceptional repair.

Description of Work: Cleaned rugs and seats in our 15 passenger church van used regularly by seniors and kids. Our handbell choir had to use Fabreez for our trip to southern Oregon. Did not need it again after ACE finished. Even cleaned coffee and lattes from the rug!!!
