Robert was incredibly professional. He arrived at my home just as scheduled, and promptly began to work on my car. Because I work at home and my office faces the front of the house, I was able to watch Robert work with meticulous precision on my car. He had estimated that he would take five hours to do the work; he took six. And I don't think he took ONE break! His work was impeccable and his demeanor was courteous the whole time. When he was done, he also mentioned that he could paint some scratches on my car, as he had the Trailblazer red paint with him (he carries multiple paint colors with him, apparently). He told me it would cost $30 more, and knowing how many scratches I had on my car, I agreed. Again; excellent work! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Robert was very punctual for our 8 am appointment. His appearance was clean, neat and professional. He estimated the job would take 5 hours, and was done in about 4 hours 20 minutes. I knew the job was going to cost $200, because that was the agreed on price for an SUV. He is highly organized and well-equipped, even bringing his own water supply for his steam cleaning equipment. I am very pleased with the results. The car looks great! I then had him shampoo the carpet in just the driver's side foot well of our Subaru, for which his charge was a very reasonable $10 additional. He obviously cares enough to take the time to do the job right. I am very satisfied with his work and pleased to be able to recommend him to others.

Robert did a great job detailing my Honda Passport that I was getting ready to sale. I have never seen my car so beautiful (except for the first day I bought it). He arrived on time, and took a good 5 hours to detail the car inside and out including under the hood. He also recommended ways to take pictures for advertisement and ways of effective advertise to me. He is very professional and knows his job extremely well!

Great! Robert came while we were at work during the day. I thought the bumper looked perfect but the invoice he left said that there were slight marks in the paint and so he would only charge us $110. We paid him $120. His work ethic and honesty are very commendable.

Robert did a great job overall. He called at our scheduled time to let me know he was running half hour late and then took $20 off the total bill to compensate me for the inconvenience. When he was finished, I did find a few things that were still not totally clean (there was still hair on the back seat and on the fold-out mattress pad) but he took care of it. He thought the job would take him four hours but it actually took him around eight (not counting the half hour it took him to break down all his gear and get it stored). He stayed for the duration and made it right. We contracted with him separately to fix the paint on the bumper of another car the next day (see separate report).

The finish on the car was below average from lots of automated car washes and no waxing. Robert got the exterior to shine like it was brand new with no "swirl" marks at all. Inside is very clean and I think I was even able to smell that "new" car smell. I will definitely use this company again.

Mobile service. Came to my house on schedule. Estimated 5 hours to complete and spent 5 hours. I intend to hire the company for more thorough painting of damaged areas on my car. Very courteous.

Very professional. Arrived on the dot at 9am, worked straight through until about two. Amazing work. Was a little hesitant because they cost a bit more, but it was worth it. We just did the detailing, no dents or anything. Robert arrived in a white shirt, very clean cut, and was extremely accommodating to our schedule. The car looks great. I think that this will be an annual thing for us.

Robert answered the phone as soon as I called and was able to arrange an appointment within a few days. He arrived on time and together with an assistant spent over five hours making the car look so new and beautiful that we almost didn't want to sell it. Having the work done at home and being able to move the car directly into the garage after the detailing was a bonus. We were able to keep it pristine until the new owner (our neighbor) came to pick it up. Robert is extremely professional and meticulous in his work. Our money was very well spent.

The work was done in my driveway. I had only to provide water and an electrical hookup. Robert arrived on time. The work took approximately six hours to complete. The truck looked terrific when he was finished, especially the engine. I have since sold the truck for higher than market value, and I believe the detailing was a contributing factor.

Arrived exactly on time and two men spent five hours without pause detailing my van. They were courteous, hard working, and did everything and more than I could have ever done to bring this van back to tip-top shape. The best thing is the feel of the polish job and even the steering wheel feels brand new! I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle to look like it came from the dealer.

Slightly more expensive than several competitors, but lets see what I got for it. Perfectly detailed car, professional person (who arrived exactly on time), and he went so far as to use his digital camera to make photos for me AND then wrote the HTML code and posted the photos online, so I could just cut and paste the code into my ad. Wow. Can't say much more than that, just wow.

After spending a year and a half sitting and not being driven, my car was in need of some TLC and highly detailed cleaning. He was professional, thorough, and did a high quality job. Plus, it was extremely convenient for this to take place at my home.

Excellent. Arrived on time and spent 6+ hours cleaning every nook & cranny of the car. Did a good job of removing pesky dog hair from the carpet in the back of our station wagon.

I had to have Robert come back out because he did not vacuum or shampoo the back end of my SUV. He was prompt on the return call and did vacuum the back end but did not shampoo it.

Robert Keppel showed up on time, took eight hours to complete what he estimated to be six-hour job, did not charge anymore for the extra time, and did a great job. The car has not looked this good since I drove it off the lot eight years ago. Highly recommend his services.

I can't speak highly enough about Robert. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and highly professional. His work is perfect. There were many scrapes and scratches on our older car which disappeared after his wash and wax. He re-painted a major scrape that was down to the plastic on the rear bumper of the other car (silver). I provided him the paint code from inside the driver's door, and the finished work was indistinguishable from the rest of the car. It was absolutely perfect! His bid for painting the bumper was almost half of the lowest bid of the others I'd gotten.

This is one of the best experiences I have had in service! Robert did an amazing job and completely perfect, yet charged a very low price for it. We are going to recommend him to all of our friends!
