Wonderful outcome for a tired looking 2001 Subaru Legacy. Due to my schedule, Robert was able to meet me on Sunday to drop off my car. I am so pleased with the outcome. My 2001 Subaru Legacy looks new which is a far cry from what it did look like. The car has a new life look about it. I feel as if I am driving a new vehicle. Thanks so much Robert for an excellent job and a really great price.

Great. Initially got an appointment for the next day as I was putting my car up for sale. I posted the car ad and had an immediate response. I called Ace back and got an appointment for the same day, took the car in and it was finished in 1 hour 45 minutes.

Once again, I am very impressed and pleased with this service. Robert has detailed cars for us in the past and I know that he is highly responsible and someone that a I feel very safe having to my home, so I was concerned when I found out that he was sending two employees instead of doing the job himself. However both Jimmy and David were very professional. They spent a bit more than three hours doing the work and brought everything they needed to do the job, even the water! My car was absolutely spotless when the job was completed. It looked brand new and it sold the same day!

I was able to schedule the appointment within a week, and Robert was willing to drop me off & pick me up at a nearby shopping center while they worked on my car. The work was completed in less time than was estimated. However, there were still spots (bugs and tar) on the bumpers, and the lower portion of the door panels were clearly gray in color, rather than white. After I pointed it out, Robert used polishing compound and successfully finished the job. I pointed out food crumbs between the front seats and the console. After pointing out the items Robert also blew out and re-vacuumed the area between the seats and the console. When asked if they actually cleaned the carpet, I was told it was 'spot cleaned'. The ACE web site advertises "Apply high foaming carpet shampoo to all carpeted surfaces. Scrub with pressure to create foam. Extract clean with vapor steam and vacuum suction." The paint / bumper repairs were also not especially well done, this is not their strength.

I called Robert at Ace Car Reconditioning a week ahead to request an appointment to have our Audi A4 detailed, explaining in detail what needed attention. It was agreed that we would bring the car out on Monday August 20 at 7:15 AM. My wife and I drove our two cars out for the scheduled appointment only to find no one in the office. We called Robert and he said he didn't have us down. I never make appointments I don't keep, but Robert does. My advice is not to make an appointment at all, but if you must, don't make it on Monday in case Robert needs to recover from his weekend.

Mr. Keppel has detailed our vehicles several times over the past couple of years. The quality of work is always high, the service is prompt and professional and the charge compares well to others with the added plus of service at our home.

Job went great. ACE came out with everything they needed to perform the work including water and power, which I was prepared to provide since them coming here saved me the cost (time, wear&tear, and fuel costs) associated with pulling a 34ft fifth wheel RV, 50 miles RT. Very convienient service option that was very appreciated. Quality of the work was great also and all three detailers very professional in their demeanor. Over all I got my money's worth although I might have had the job done elsewhere for a few $s less but not at my residence, and I am sure not done better than ACE.

Robert and his company did a great job on cleaning, detailing and fixing-up my 1987 Honda CRX. The car was dirty on the outside and had a rough surface from embedded tree stuff. They were able to get it completely clean and smooth again. All crevices and hard to reach areas were blasted out with the power wash. It has not looked this clean in 20 years. All areas on the inside of the car are clean and free from dust. The carpet is clean again and the seats look great again. They applied touch up paint to chips and dings, and even came back a second day to do a more major touch up to remove latex paint splatters that were on the side of the car. The car looks really good again! They did a great job and were right on time getting to my house to start the work. Very quick and prompt responses to my emails. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to set up an appointment and have the work completed. I am very happy with the work and recommend them highly.

My car is in great shape because I keep it that way with the help of guys like Robert Keppel. The car was 4 years old on May 20th of this year. Today after his detail work, it was like when I first saw it for the first time at the Honda Dealership, Brand New!

Two guys from Ace arrived right at 9 am with a truck equipped with electricity and water to detail my 1995 4 runner. It had never been detailed before and they worked for 3 hours giving it a thorough cleaning. They also gave me a list of places and prices for new floor mats. I was really happy with the results.

I explained to Robert I was detailing the Jeep to put it for sale. In addition to the regular detail, Robert recommended cleaning the engine, because buyers always peek under the hood. I took the Jeep to his shop and he did the work thoroughly and on time. My car sold to the first person who looked at it. Great value.

Wow! The car looks fantastic. I dropped it off last night and picked it up today. It's immaculate, and the bumper repaint is perfect. I will definitely go back, and recommend him to my friends.

The outcome looked excellent. The man doing the work seemed less than enthused to be doing it, however, the outcome did not reflect that attitude, so I would do business with this company again. He arrived on time and completed the work within the specified time frame and didn't take up my time chatting about unnecessary things.

Robert did a great job of getting the van cleaned up. It was in pretty rough shape when he started. He made a huge improvement. I would say that he reached all of the potential improvement possible for the vehicle. He was even able to eliminate the cigarette odor.

My car looks so amazing I almost don't want to drive it. Robert came exactly on time and stayed until the job was finished. He is thorough making sure to get all the little tiny areas. He also recommended a couple of places to help me fix some door dents. Really nice guy and unbelievably professional. You can't go wrong.

This was a great experience. I plan to have Robert return to work on several other automobiles that I own. He is reliable and honest - which are very rare qualities in this world of "professional" automotive detailers. Thanks Robert!

Robert arrived right on time and gave me a price to fix the car right then. He said it would take 20 minutes which it did. He buffed out the scratches and finished but then when we looked at it we both noticed that there were some scratches also on the back of the car. He unpacked his equipment and proceeded to fix the rest of the scratches and did not ask for more money either. What a guy! I highly recommend him and will hire him to do a complete detail on my car in the future.

He did an excellent job. I had spilled coffee all over the passenger seat over a year ago and he got the stain completely out of my light gray upholstery. He also polished up the car so it looked shinier than new.

They did very nice, prompt work. They were easy to work with.

Great job and RK Auto Restoration was exactly the way Angie's list customers had written! I was very pleased with the work, my only regret was it was not nicer weather to savor the moment. I did not let my wife drive the Lexus for four days because I wanted to keep it in the garage because it was raining outside!

It went well. I got a prompt response, well done work performed when he said it would be. Fair price compared to other bids.

Robert came out exactly when he said he would, 8 am and worked non stop till around 2 pm. My car was a disaster after 2 years of using it on a farm. It had hay, mud, trash, spills, and the wear of three kids. Robert did a great job of cleaning it and I was very pleased with the final product. I would only say that there were a few areas in the trunk that could have used a second or third pass of the vacuum.
