Ace Car Reconditioning LLC

I got my vehicle detailed (inside and out). Once again, they did a fantastic job. I had a lot of pet hair in the carpet and they managed to get all of it out. They also realigned my front bumper. The vehicle looks amazing. In fact, it looks better than it did when I bought it. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because my words don't do it justice. Robert and his employees do amazing work. Their prices are very competitive, especially when you consider how talented, fast, and professional they all are. This is the third time I have used Ace (all three times for a different service, not just detailing) and I am now a customer for life.

Robert has been detailing both of my cars for the last couple of years. He goes beyond my expectations - - pointing out chips and scrapes and touching them up. On one of my first trips, I brought in my 10 year old Toyota Avalon. He fixed touch-ups that previous detailers had done badly. He is very customer oriented -- he always picks up the phone or quickly returns my calls. When I drop off my car, he shuttles me back to work and drops my car off at work. I cannot speak highly enough about Ace.

I think they could have done a better job. It was acceptable but not great.

The owner was very professional on the phone and in person. He was very prompt and able to get me in quickly. Overall they did a good job, but some of the details do matter. I was told they would fix minor paint damage, and that was not addressed, nor was it buffed out. I also dropped my car off with between 1/4 and 1/2 tank of gas. When I picked it up to go home, with another errand to run, my fuel light came on as soon as I turned my car on. I called about the fuel light coming on, and he was incredibly apologetic, and will give us a reasonable discount on our next service. I do feel this is fair compensation. It is my impression he used my heater to dry the floor mats, but they should either use a fan for this or refill the gas tank. In the daylight, it was dark when I picked up my car, the windows were still somewhat streaky.

Ace did a very good job. It looks great. They were fast. I delivered my car in the morning and it was done that same evening. Both of the guys working there were very friendly and professional. I recommend that everyone goes to Ace for paint repair.

I liked the location of this company. They had so many positive comments on Angie's List and that impressed me. I dropped off the truck and they got to work right away. They were able to schedule an appointment that worked out for every body. The work was beautiful. They paid to detail. They were reasonably priced compared to all of my homework.

Good experience. He was ready to do the work, the car was done when he said it would be and he did an excellent job. There were a few things that I didn't know if he would be able to fix, but he was able to take car of those things. He did a very thorough job. I would use him again. The only reason I would not use him is because the location is inconvenient.

They did a phenomenal job working on my car. They gave me a ride home while my car was getting worked on. They are very convenient and did a very thorough job.

I called and they had openings the next day, dropped off the car, gave my husband a lift and they were excellent about communicating. It was the filthiest car they had every seen and it took them 12 hours to do it instead of their regular 5 and they still charged us the same price. The inside looks immaculate to us! But it was not up to their standards so they also gave us contacts of people who could reupholster the car and a used part yard where we could swap out the interior. I live in the SE and it was well worth the drive over to Beaverton to get the car detailed by them. Would recommend them to anybody!

I compared prices and found them to be the cheapest. I have a 1999 car and they matched the paint very well. Another company said my car was not worth painting but this company did a professional job.

He did a superb job on our 2006 Mini Cooper-S. He did not show up for our appointment with him, so when he did finally show (about an hour later), he offered to do the job for nothing. When we did pick up the car, I paid him what it cost him to the job (parts, etc.).

I contacted them via email, and they were very responsive in providing information and appointment times. When we arrived, they were very respectful of me and my daughter. The owner did a full review of the work needed on the car, and also gave me a quote for a scratch on my own car. We worked out the price for the job quickly, and the work was finished on time.

I work about 2 miles from the shop and the owner was kind enough to meet me early (6:45 am) at the shop and took me to my job. He called to let me know the work was completed and picked me up at work. The Honda CR-V looked great.

I took my 2000 XJ8L Jaguar in to have it detailed before I sell it. I called in advance, made and appointment and they were expecting me when I arrived. After looking at my car, they gave me a price of $199. I did not shop around much on prices, took this recommendation from Angie's List, so I'm really not sure if that is a good price or a high price. I was expecting it to be more like $150, but that could be because I don't know what others charge. After dropping my car off, they took me to the MAX station so I could get to work. They promised it would be ready at 3:30 that afternoon, asked me to call when I was a few stops away on the MAX train and they would pick me up. When I arrived my car was ready and was in beautiful condition. The cream colored leather seats were of particular concern to me because over time they had become very dirty. While in that they were not a great looking as they were the day I bought the car, they were probably as clean as could ever be expected. I would definitely go back to them again.

They got me in the day after I called them. They quoted me a great price. I showed up on time. The car turned out great. It was ready when they said it would be.

Robert made arrangements to get me in quickly, and suggested a place he could drop me off so I could work while the car was finished. The car was nicely cleaned, with minor scratches buffed out. Some deeper nicks weren't able to be addressed without more work. Some scuffed/dirty spots on the clear bra sections could still use some work. My main complaint was that items that had been stored in different compartments were all dumped together in a big box, requiring time consuming sorting after the fact. Overall, Robert is running a good business, and I'm glad to see him succeeding, having worked with him when he was just starting out on his own.

The was very nice when I was there. They did a very good job on the car. It was very easy to get my car in there. They finished the car when they said they would.

Excellent! Brought 2 guys and got the job done in no time at all. This is the 2nd time I have used them.

They were nice enough to drive me home (7 miles away) while they were working on the car. The car looks very nice both inside and out. They were able to remove some yellow paint left on the side panel by someone who sideswiped me so it looks alot better. They used my touch-up paint in a few places. Looks like a new car inside!

I purchased a dirty car with a bad transmission. I took care of the transmission and I took the car to Robert to detail it. The results were great, the last owner obviously had pets in the car, it was very dirty, I tried to do it myself but gave up. The work performed was great all the way from the wax job to the engine cleaning. I will be taking all my cars to Robert from now on.

They gave me a ride home and brought me back when the car was ready at no extra charge. They were great!

Robert arrive right on time and said that if they could not get the cars finished, they would come back on Sunday to finish. They worked on 1 car at a time and made sure it was to my satisfaction before starting on the next. The Geo is my primary car and with working on boats, I have lots of grease and oil stains plus some paint on the interior. It was amazing to see it all gone when they finished. The car looked brand new. The CRV is the newest car, but needed paint touch up on the hood. He mixed the paint right there and applied it. Match the color spot on. The wagon, driven by our son was very dirty with pine needles stuck in places we can never get clean. They got them out and then some. The paint job we thought was faded, but Robert made it shine so I could shave in it. Just incredible.

Turned out great! This is the first time I've had the car detailed (had the car for five years). The car was very dirty on the inside, due to many years of hauling around the dog, the dirty cowboy boots and the occasional spill of coffee. I was lucky to be scheduled in the day I called. Took it in about 11 a.m and picked it up at 4 p.m. It is SO clean and nice! Should have done it sooner...

Robert was very responsive and drove me to/from my office while he worked on the car. The previous owner had done numerous paint touch ups, which did not match the original color and were poorly done. I have had detailing accomplished several times, and nobody ever worked on improving the touch ups. Robert removed the old touch-ups and applied new paint, which dramatically improved the appearance of the car. I highly recommend Robert and will use him again in the future.
