It was an easy drop off and pick up situation with no hassle and friendly service.

I showed up with my car and we did a walk around to identify any issues. They wanted to keep the car all day thankfully I happen to live within the ride radius so they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready. The car looked brand new and the couple of deep scratches/scrapes were much less obvious. They also gave me the paint they used to touch it up.

Excellent job. Work performed in the time frame promised and we are happy with the results.

Eric & his team at the Tigard site did a remarkable, beautiful job on my 2002 Ford Ranger pickup. They buffed away & then repainted the many scratches on the vehicle;s external frame, steamed clean the engine and made my pick-up looking like new. This is the second time I used Ace's Reconditioning & was totally impressed by their quality work, intention to detail and price. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs to upgrade there vehicle.

They did a nice job on the car. Very friendly and nice people. Appreciated the ride to the mall so that I could have something to do while they worked on my car. Picked me up when car was done.

I was very satisfied with the exterior detail work. They washed and waxed the car, cleaned windows (inside and out), door jambs, and tire treatment. Car really shined. I was not impressed with paint touch-up work. It had an amateurish look. I had several small scratches on the front and back bumper. The touch-up didn't cover some scratches well and the cover up didn't last more than few months. I wouldn't pay for this service again without a discussion with them about what I was getting. I noticed that they recently closed the Beaverton shop where I had this work done and they are now doing all their work out of Tigard location.

I had used Ace Detailing a few years ago. I wasn't impressed with their service back then. However I had much better results this time. They did a great job buffing out all the scratches. I own an Toyota FJ Cruiser and I take it out wheeling, so there are many scratches. They must have spent hours buffering my rig back to a nice shine. They didn't do the best job of touching up all the paint chips, but they did provide paint to so that I can finish the job. I spend a couple of hours finishing the touch up and putting on another layer of was over the touch up. The final result... IT LOOK GREAT.

I've had car detailing done before, and was excited to get this done for my Chevrolet Suburban by a company that rated highly on Angie's List. It wasn't horribly dirty (inside or outside), but needed a good cleaning as I'm getting ready to sell it. The pictures on their website make the before & after shots impressive. But the result my truck received was not good, despite their claims, promises, and excuses. Engine detailing: I couldn't really tell that they did anything. It was clean but not the clean I've seen done by other detailing companies. Their website says "apply plastic and rubber dressing" which they definitely did NOT do. Exterior: They did a great job in general washing and waxing the painted surfaces. I don't think they did anything to wheels or wheel wells as both were still covered in brake dust. I could not tell that they did any dressing on tires, wheel wells, or other rubber/plastic surfaces. The guy said it looked great the day before when it was done (Monday), but they called and told me it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Am I supposed to be there to be impressed during the process or at the end to see the results? Interior: This is where it really needed their expertise to do _detail_ cleaning - and this is where they kept it an extra day to finish up. Carpets - they did a mediocre job of vacuuming, and must have done some kind of shampoo. The carpet edges were still full of dirt / sand, and still discolored by dirt - he said no amount of vacuuming would get all the grit out of the carpet - really?!?! Again from their website they said they would: "Be sure to clean deep in seams, creases, along piping" - the upholstery stitched seams were still full of dirt and grit and again, he told me that there was no way to clean that out (I know that I could do it myself, but that's why I paid these guys). The cargo area was still full of dirt / grit, and again, no dressing applied to plastic surfaces. Overall, they did a decent job - something that I would expect from my teenage son - but for a professional detail company that I paid hundreds of dollars, a pretty half-a## job at best. I know my little review probably won't impact their business, and may not influence you spending your $$ there, but my experience at ACE Car Reconditioning was bad - so heads up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Good service. I purchased a deal through Angie's List for interior and exterior detailing. They did a good job.

it went well. the parking lot is pretty crowded. we dropped the car off in the AM before 8:00. they said they would call around noon to tell us when to expect it to be done. He estimated it would be 4:00. However they called around 1:40 and said the car was done. it looked great when we picked it up. wheels were clean and treated. outside was sparking clean. We will be back.

The detailing looked very good, met my expectations. The touch-up to fill in a large scratch definitely exceeded my expectations. For $85 they did a touch up and it's barely noticeable from 10ft away.

The premise was that this was a $250 dollar service at a significant discount. The amount paid was too much, and the job done was not acceptable. Tar was left everywhere on the vehicle, and the surface was very gritty. They said it would be clay barred and it wasn't. Just an expensive car wash basically with swirl marks for free.

Eric and his team did an excellent job on our vehicle. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. The vehicle was ready when promised, and the quality of the work is great. I will definitely use Ace Car Reconditioning again. Thanks for a job well done !

Great service and job. I had purchased a tint window directly from their website but then forgot about it almost 1/1/2 old also had a Groupon never used for them that I was able to use towards the price of my tinting. Extra charges due to the price having increase from the time I first bought voucher, charge for rental car and charge for removal of door panel. Will use them again.

They did a good job. They cleaned the engine too because I was selling the car. They did it in good time.

THey did an excellent job of detailing the SUV. The were able to get stains out in the upholstery that others were unable to do so.

They are excellent. I have experience with them and I have gone back twice. They did a very good job. They had it for days drying it out. They took me home and picked me up. They are really very conscientious. My daughter had left a tone of stuff in the car -including her wallet and they called and told me about it. The money was there and the credit cards were in there. They are very honest. There were a lot of gift cards too- it was after her birthday and she left hundreds of dollars of gift cards. It seemed expensive to me.

The car was left very cleaned. I have a dog and I think the provider thought he would have more work but he didn't and he did a good job.

Ace I was very pleased with both the interior and exterior work on the vehicle. The dings were gone! The paint (black) was shining like the day I bought it new. The leather seats were polished and clean and the repair of the seat was really super. I was cleaning this vehicle up so I could put it up for sale but it's so nice now I hate to sell it! I would definitely use Ace again the next time I have a job to do. This is the second vehicle I've had done with them and I've been happy with both jobs and would repeat again.

The people at the Ace Car Reconditioning facility in Tigard were friendly and helpful. The work was done on time and my car looks way better than I thought it would.. I am very pleased.

not good. Did not finish the rock chip touch up because there were "too many", and those he did were poor, can still see white undercoat thru the thin paint. Did no touch up the scratch by the rear door. The buffing left bad swirl marks .. is that normal.
