These folks were amazingly professional, timely, had great follow-up, and did a wonderful job. I wsa impressed, and will used their services again. I used an angie's list coupon, otherwise, this service may have been too expensive for me.

Delivered my car to their shop at 8 a.m. and it was done by 2:30 p.m. They did a great job of removing coffee stains and making my car look like new again!

Went as scheduled and they did a nice job. Did not get a few floormat stains out that I thought they probably could have, but otherwise I was very happy with the results.

I used a half price coupon but I think they would be worth the cost at full price. Better attention to detail than other details I have had in the $300 range. Also-they were really nice.

We have an older car that had not been maintained well in terms of interior cleaning. We found a coupon on Angie's list and tried this company. They did a great job and the car looked and smelled great when they were finished. We would definitely use this service again even without a discount coupon.

These guys got me an appointment within a couple of days. I dropped the car off at about 8:30 am and it was ready to pick up at 5 pm. The car looked about as good as I could have imagined. They wet vacuumed all of the carpets and buffed out the exterior. It was the best that car has looked since the day I bought it. I would recommend these guys to others.

Interior cleaning of car was okay but they used something to clean my windshield that left permanent marks/stains on the windshield. would not use them again.

I assumed the paint touchup package I purchased would include scratches but learned it only included where the paint had chipped. I agreed to purchase the exterior detail in addition to the touchup package I already purchased. They are busy so it took two entire days to complete the jobs. When I came to pickup I noticed they had missed some spots. They fixed right away. My car looks great and overall they did a good job. I didn't have time to leave for a third day but they agreed to honor the package deal rate for an ext/int detail so I can get the interior detailed at a later date. They have very good customer service but if they are busy expect to not have your car for a little while.

It took approx. six hours so do make plans to leave the car.

Got what I expected and paid for. The place is a little hard to find. It is in one of the those store fronts in an auto service mall area. Very friendly and courterous service. Car looked great afterward, inside and out. Really detailed cleaning and fresh scent to boost.

My husband contacted ACE by phone and they promptly scheduled us just a few days out. We dropped the car off the night before, and picked it up late in the afternoon the next day. The team was very easy to work with, and there were no issues. They did an excellent job on the car. It even had that new car smell when we picked it up. It looked like a brand new car right off the lot!

Used the Big Deal coupon for interior detailing. When I picked up my car I noticed 1/2 of my fuel was gone. I had filled the car before I dropped it off the night before. Owner Eric said that they "keep the car running" while they detail it, but they replenish 2 gallons of fuel. He did agree to reimburse me $20 for the missing fuel. Five emails and 2 contacts with Angie's List complaint folks to finally get me my $20. This lack of respect for customers is why I cannot recommend the service.

Three of the four small dents were not removed at all. The 4th dent was repaired, but still visible. 2 panels were not wet sanded. There was a large scuff on the base of the antenna. We were still charged the full price, even though the work was not completed as described on the quote. I paid the orginal amount just to get the car out of the shop. SHAME ON ME!! When I got home, I called the shop, they said that "Eric would call me back soon". It has been over 2 hours and NO call back. VERY-VERY- UNHAPPY.We will never go to that business again and make sure none of my friends do either.

They did the detailing on the inside of the three cars fabulously as well as some outside work. The employees were very, very nice. One of the workers gave me their car to use while mine was being detailed! They did charged $35 extra for my minivan for the extra length, but that was part of the fine print so it was ok. The exterior detail would be $155 each for the sports cars & $125 for mine if I wanted to bring my van in again another day. We were all thrilled with how our cars turned out!

I have used them before; I have used them for a while. I am fairly happy with them.

My total car detailing took the whole day and initially I was quoted about 6 hours. However, I feel that it was certainly worth it and was very much impressed with the professional manner in which all the work was conducted.

They also went above and beyond to allow me to pick up my truck after hours which was very helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone, and with their Angies List big deal was a great deal.

He did a wonderful job. I have nothing but praise for him. They took me over to the mall while they were working on the car. They did a great job.

I scheduled an appointment the same day I read the special Angies list had sent me. I arrived a little late for my apptand they told me how long it would take (6 hours). I had to pick up my car early to be somewhere and they accommodated me by finishing up early. Even though I was 45 minutes early they were able to finish up with a job well done. The service was excellent and I highly recommend them. Thank you Ace and thank you Angie for finding reliable businesses that I can trust.
