Great overall. We called ahead, dropped the car off the night before and left the keys in the slot. The next late afternoon it was finished.

They did a great job right from the beginning, including scheduling the detailing work. They were flexible and eager to do the work. I dropped the two cars off and they were ready for me. It took them all day (9 am to 4 pm) to get the work done, which was a little surprising. But they did a great job. I found it hard to believe that the original retail price (not the coupon price) was real. Hence, the discount amount may have been inflated. But still, I liked the quality of work done. I would use them again.

Eric was a pleasure to work with. He explained what we could expect from this level of service and that it would be a big improvement from how it looked, but that it wouldn't be as perfect as if we had it sanded and repainted at the body shop. We are very happy with how it turned out, as the scratches are much less noticeable. In the future, we would definitely return to Ace if we decide to go with repainting.

Overall it went fine. It was a hot day and my review mirror got too hot and a yellow film was created on the upper half of the mirror. They said it happens with hot weather. Unfortunately it happened the same day I brought it in, and originally I thought they had caused the problem. In the end I was happy with how clean the car was especially on the inside. My allergies were much better after the cleaning.

They were flexible with me when I needed to reschedule my job several times. They were prompt in giving me attention, completed my job on time and worked well with all my requests.

I called this vendor, asked for a bid. The bid was very reasonable. The work is guaranteed for the life that you own the car.Everyone I met was very helpful and very business like.

Never again. Too bad, because if they were good, we need to have our suv done too.

Dropped the car off the night before. The staff was very accomodating. The car was not quite ready when promised as the interior had not yet completed drying but I did get it back later that same day. Was very pleased with the service performed.

I had to drive several miles to get there but it was well worth it. There was not a wait for service and added a wax job at a reasonable cost. I took in a movie while they worked and they had my car finished before the designated time.

ACE did a remarkable detail job on my 1996 Toyota Camry. I had done a good job of regularly washing it, but had not waxed it for probably 10 years. There had been a coffee stain on the inside back door panel that a previous detailer did not get out. I thought it was just going to have to always be there, but ACE got it out!!! The car was beautiful inside and out when they were done. I also was very happy the car did not have any chemical smell. These guys are really good!!

Excellent service. The work was excellent and the loaner was very clean.

I knew I was going to be selling my truck in the next couple of months, so I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for the interior & exterior detailing, and then added the engine cleaning as an extra. I was able to get a Saturday appointment which was nice. Everything was done as advertised and on-time. I got a lot of compliments of the engine cleaning when I was showing the truck, and I think the whole service overall helped in selling the the vehicle.

Ace provided very thorough and efficient detailing. The old 1989 pickup I took in came back looking like next to new.

They did a better job than anyone else had done, I was very please with their service.

It went OK. Job was completed as stated, however completion time was a bit vague. They had the car all day, and said it would be finished at 3:00 and they would call. No call, so I called them near the end of the day they said it was not ready, but would by 5:30pm. I showed up on time, and they were still working on the floor mats, that was OK, and I didn't have to wait too long for completion.

I called for appointment. Brought my car in to what I found out later to be just their satellite offices. They gave me a ride but since they were so busy they were not able to pick me up when they said they would.

Brought in wife's car first. it was a rainy day (surprise). I had an appointment, for which they were late on arriving at the shop. We had agreed on a pickup time. When I arrived they had not completed the detailing of the inside. I waited for about 30 min while they hurried to finish. The interior was still damp and was told to keep the windows a bit ajar and the heater on so that they could dry completely, which I did. Brought it home, put it in the garage with windows open for the night while it dried. Now, here was the problem. THe next day when my wife took my daughter to school she complained the she couldn't stand the smell in the car, and, even today, will not ride in my wife's car if she doesn't have to. "it stinks!" No big deal, we just tell her to live with it. Next day, I took my car in, (a 3 year old Camry) dropped it off, set a finish time, and, because of the day before, they were very conscientious about having it completed on time. Picked it up. everything looked okay. Decent job. Got through Winter and into Spring. Warm weather. Decided to hand wash the car myself. Started at the hood working down toward the grill only to find deep swirls cut into the paint. As I had worked in a car wash and detailing place in high school, I recognized the cause of the damage. When they were polishing the curved edge just below the front of the hood, they had not been careful to make sure that only the buffing pad came in contact with the paint. The paint, which had been warmed from buffing and became a bit soft. had been allowed to come in contact with the large nut that holds the pad to the buffer thus causing the deep cut swirls in the paint. Whoever was doing the polishing, if they were paying any attention, could not have missed that damage had been done. Now, maybe they did not notice, or maybe, as it was raining and I was trying to get out of there quickly, they figured that I would not notice. I don't know. Why did I not go back to them and have them do something? Well it had been about 4 months and there was no way I could prove that this was their fault . So, why am I writing this now 2 years later? It came up as a pop-up when I logged onto Angie's List today, asking me to write a review. So I did. Are they totally at fault? For the damage and whatever they cleaned the inside of my wife's car with, Yes! For me not confronting them and giving them a chance to do something about it, No! That's my own fault. So, I just live with the smell and the damaged paint. Do I expect them to do anything about it at this late date? Absolutely not! I should have done a more careful inspection when I picked it up. If you decide to use this, or any other, company, build in time to really check the work that has been done before you accept it as, Job Done.

on the outer side of the seat. Thus the cause of the airbag light was that there was NO side airbag at all. (my fault for giving them the wrong seat information). From this moment on the resolution was quick, fairly priced, and easy. ACE agreed to take the wrong new seat back at no charge to me, he ordered the correct seat (with side airbag) at no additional cost beyond what i'd paid for the original new seat, he had the correct seat installed by 2pm the next day and the airbag light is now OFF. So if I had given him the correct seat information to begin with the entire fix would have taken 24 hours and cost $155 parts and $80 labor. I willingly agreed to pay an additional $80 for the additional service of putting in the correct seat. In summary the correct new seat looks and works like brand new thanks to ACE and NO thanks to the Ford dealer who if you recall told me the airbag cable under the seat was plugged in when it turns out there WAS NO AIRBAG CABLE/PLUG under the seat he examined because that seat did not have an airbag! So how was a cable that didn't exist properly plugged in? I don't know. Maybe you can ask the Ford dealer, I'm never going back there so I won't be able to ask them myself. And: in addition to the seat replacement, ACE repaired my right outside side mirror. I had broken the cheap plastic housing that held the mirror when it hit a trash car while I drove into my garage. The same Ford dealer refused to fix it, instead quoted me $600 for a new mirror ! ACE however repaired the old housing so it looks nearly new - they sanded the plastic and glued it with some sort of ultra ultra epoxy and painted over the black plastic housing to add a final touch > now the mirror works fine (electric adjustable) and looks nearly new for the outrageously LOW price of $55 labor (that beats $600 don't you think ?). In summary, when it comes to auto seat replacement and mirror repair Don't gamble, use your ACE in the whole, ACE car reconditioning ! These guys are fantastic in every respect - service, quality of repair, and price.

We called to make the appointment. The staff at Ace got us in right away. We dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up the next day. Most cars can be done in one day, but because ours was a camper it took longer. Everything worked well. Overall a good experience. We will go back. Also, we found out that they also fix small dents and scratches and things like that so we will use them for things like that if we need to.

The work went really well. I really liked how accommodating they were with scheduling. I had some family things to take care of and they bent over backwards to get me scheduled.

They did a fantastic job on the interior. They got all of the dirt out and the car looked brand new on the inside.
