Ace Car Reconditioning LLC

It was very easy to work Ace, and they delivered the services as promised. Nothing tricky or shady. Eric gave me the option of getting after-market parts, which saved some money. They had a loaner car for me to use for three days that only cost me the price of filling up the tank. Also, the Ace quote was $200 less than others I'd gotten. The only suggestion I'd make is that they might want to have someone go around the car and look inside to make sure dirty fingerprints and handprints are removed before the owner comes to pick up their car. It wasn't a big deal, but it disappointed me that no one took the time to make sure everything was looking good. All in all, I was pleased with the work Ace did and would recommend them.

It went quite well. I did not have any issues with setting the appointment and the car was delivered at the promised time. There was a small spot that was overlooked and the manager was happy to take care of it.

Called them to schedule and they were able to take the car on the desired date. Dropped off first thing in the morning and picked it up mid afternoon. Everything went very well. The truck looked brand new inside. They did a fantastic job. Carpets and glass were spotless. Dashboard and all crevices were cleaned. All the cup holders and storage compartments were spotless. They completed the work on time as promised. I bought 2 of the big deal specials and am glad I did. Will be sending another car there soon. They did charge $20.00 more for doing the pickup vs a full size vehicle. Not sure there is much difference in the interior of the pickup vs a full size sedan. But overall this was still a great deal. The work was excellent.

They did okay but they put a hole in my window wiper vinyl; I don't know how they did it but I did not appreciate it. I was upset about the hole but the car looked nice and smelled good.

They did an excellent job and the interior of my car looks brand new. All seats, carpets, mats (even inside glove box) were cleaned. They were courteous, professional and true to their estimated time. Definitely recommend them.

My car hadn't been cleaned in 18 months, and with three young kids and countless crushed goldfish and used up "go-gurt" wraps left on the floor and between the seats, I wasn't sure how clean it could possibly get... but I thought it was worth a try. My husband dropped the car off first thing in the morning and was given a ride to work, and they picked him up at the end of the day too. The car is *immaculate*. I swear it looks as clean as the day I drove it off the dealer's lot!! I am a true believer and will be doing this religiously now every year. Highly recommend!

We bought four of these on a Big Deal. So far, we have had the two dirtiest of our family's cars detailed. These guys do an amazing job. They are polite, professional and absolutely meticulous. I'd forgotten what the fabric on my husband's truck seats looked like. Got us in the day after we called and gave us a heads up phone call an hour before the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Just don't accidentally leave your car after hours at the business next door. (Ace's sign is a little small.) The vultures next door will try to steal your business

I made an appointment to have the car done and dropped it off. I didn't hear anything all day and so towards the end of the day, I got a ride back to the shop. When I arrived I found out they hadn't gotten to it yet because their technician had a family emergency. Understandable, but I wish they had called to let me know. I think they intended to try to get it done before the end of the day but I needed my car. We scheduled another appointment and I was also given a loaner car for that appointment. Drop off was quick and easy. They inspected the car and we agreed to what needed to be done. I signed the paper for the loaner and was on my way. Later that day I was notified that the car was finished. Upon arrival I saw my car waiting for me and it looked brand new. I was honestly astonished by the ability they had to remove the dent and make it look as though they had replaced the fender with a brand new. I don't think anyone could tell where that dent was or that the fender was dented to begin with. I picked up the car and was quickly on my way. I would strongly recommend their paintless dent removal service for dents that qualify. Mine was a small dent (maybe a quarter or half dollar size) and no paint damage so I think that helped with the results. Either way, I would absolutely use them again. I would just hope they could do a little better in the notification department.

The business is a bit tricky to find since it is the second one in from the main street in a large driveway area. Friendly and called with completion in a timely manner. They put the items from the car in plastic bags so that they were not inn the way and did not get wet. Overall excellent experience.

Excellent service from start to finish! Ace employees were professional and straight forward on the estimate and amount of body work required. Outstanding experience with the employees and the work completed by Ace. In the spring, we plan to take our vehicles back to Ace for full auto details.

They did a great job! Every detail was done to my satisfaction. My only hesitation was that they were about 30 min late on promised finish time. Not a huge deal, but it did affect my schedule that day.

I purchased a Big Deal, specifically "$99 for Full Car Exterior Paint Touch-up and/or Paintless Dent Removal!" I opted for a whole car paint touch-up. It was easy enough to make the appointment, and they were pleasant on the phone. Drop off was quick and they called me a few hours later to let me know my car was ready. This is where we ran into a problem. They did not perform the work discussed/described/purchased. There was nothing done with any of the small scratches, which was specifically discussed at drop off, and advertised in the Big Deal. What they did do was glop some paint of a wrong color on the very edge of my driver's door. And it was apparent they hadn't bothered to open the door when the did it because the same paint was smeared on the car body opposing it in a matching pattern. Thankfully, the mis-matched paint must have been inexpensive because I was able to scrape it off with my finger nail several days later. Also a mixed blessing is that while my 8-year old SUV has plenty of small scratches and a tiny ding, because they didn't touch any of them I didn't need to scrape any more paint. Honestly, my 6-year old could have done a better job with a bottle of nail polish. I called the shop owner upon leaving, and was disappointed by his sheer lack of concern and not even a hint of an apology. While I doubt I would have taken them up on it, there was no offer to make it right, or even remove the horrible paint. Thank goodness for Angie's List prompt and sympathetic customer support team!!

This is the fourth time we've used Ace because they always do good work! Our SUV was super messy inside from having our small kids eat & drink in there and the backseat leather armrest was torn. When I picked it up it looked as good as the day we bought it! I knew it would though because their work is consistently fantastic. This is the third detail job we've had them do for us and they also tinted the windows on a new car we bought this year. See these guys, they do great work & will treat you right!

The work was part of an Angie's List "BIg Deal" where I received $200 worth of services for $99.00. I purchased two of the coupons because I thought there was quite a bit of work to do. Although I waited until almost the expiration date for the coupon, Ace got me an appointment right away. They said it would take approximately five hours. I also had a large "divot" in the door caused by an wildly hit golf ball that I hoped they could repair inexpensively. The Volvo dealer had quoted me $1500 for this work which was more than I felt it was worth. Eric looked at the scratches and dings and said they could be removed for the amount of my coupon. He said the larger dent was in a difficult spot to fix because it was right on a small ridge in the door instead of lower on the flat area. This would have been in addition to my original quote but they wouldn't continue if it looked like an expensive project (over$200). The car was ready on time and they did remove the scratches, a scrape that went down one entire panel and several small dings and dents. Eric said due to the extensive safety system in the Volvo they would not be able to fix the 'divot" without more time and removing the door to get access. They did not charge me for the time spent trying to fix the area although they were able to smooth it out somewhat. They gave me an estimate to fix the "divot" and a scrape that would require sanding and repainting. This estimate was less than half of the quote by the Volvo dealer. I plan to do this work in the future.

Overall Ace did a good job. I would use them in the future for detailing.
