They kept to their time estimate. They are a bit away from any area to kill time; so, plan to have a ride or alternate plan while you wait (I took the bus to a shopping center not too far away).

Good experience. After buying outside detail package they offered to add inside detail for approx same price. Had to leave town for two weeks and they were willing to keep vehicle and detail while I was gone.

Really nice guys, and they were working like crazy to get everything done. The first car was great, but the second one was still pretty wet inside and the carpet was bleached in one spot. This was a van, so it has a lot more area to clean. Since we use the van for hauling stuff, I wasn't fussy about it and didn't want to complain. It took a couple of days in the garage with fans blowing to get it dry, but they did a good job overall. So nice to have clean cars!

First time I ever got my car detailed. After going to Ace, I definitely will be going back. They are very professional. Great deal through Angie's List. After they were done, the interior looked practically brand new. No matter how hard I try to vacuum the inside of my card, I can never seem to get out little specs and dust. With these guys, the carpet (as well as the rest of my interior) was spotless! The exterior, while good, didn't look quite as nice. Granted, my car is five years old and has never been hand waxed. It has many areas of paint chipping as well as several areas of scratches. He told me these areas he was unable to fix. Overall very satisfied.

Purchased interior auto detail for SUV on Angie's List; also had them detail the exterior. Excellent job, friendly people, car ready when promised. Price was less than expected. Car looks like new!

I emailed the company to see how much more for a minivan. Got a quick response ($40) and went ahead and bought the Angie's List deal. Overall, they were responsive, got me an appointment within about a week, and did a good job. They did forget to replace some of the floormats. I didn't notice right away, so a day or two later, I called to confirm they still had them and picked them up a few days later. There were some areas where they left some chunks of wax on the finish. However, this is the cleanest and best smelling my van has been in years. This soccer mom is grateful!

They did a very good job overall. I had a Groupon and Angie's list voucher. When I first talked to a someone on the phone, this person tried to talk about all of these potential extra costs (dog hair, etc.), but when I got there it was as if that conversation never happened and they honored my Angie's List and Groupon pricing without a word. I would definitely take my car back there for detail work.

At I bought the detail package for my husband as a Valentine's Day gift which included interior detail and exterior handwash. Dropped the car off in the morning; it was finished by mid afternoon as promised. Car looked fantastic. My husband is very happy and I am happy customer.

I had a nice phone conversation with the owner before booking the job. Shop clearly overbooked on the promotion. I emptied & vacuumed the interior & took the car in about 10 AM and was assured that it would be ready around the same time next day. At 7 AM next morning we were called and told the car would be ready at 9, please pick it up then. Raced out there to find that car was nowhere near ready. We found a donut place to get coffee, came back 30 min. later. Staff tried to B.S. me about the cost, and about some of the work that was done. Owner was not on sight either time I was there. The owner was responsive to our feedback on the experience, and sent me an offer for a complimentary auto detail on our other car. My experience was such that neither I or my husband wanted to have this shop do any work for us again. I hope things have improved since then. hh

I called ahead for an appointment and the gentleman I spoke with was helpful and professional. We set up a time and day that was reasonably near in the future. I dropped off the car on the appointed morning and rode the bus to work. When I picked the car up, the interior was spotless. I especially liked how they cleaned my car but didn't use any stinky deodorizers like fabreeze or etc. On the downside, the exterior was not as thoroughly done as the interior. Also, this car has a non-slip mat in the cargo section that's supposed to be tacky so that items don't slide around. Ace used some type of cleaner that made the mat slippery. Now every time I drive around a curve or a corner, everything in the back slides all over the place. However, I get the feeling that if I went back there for another detailing, I could communicate my preference that they not clean the mat with anything other than water, and they would respect my preferences. And I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Every surface was like new, on a car that was 14 years old!

Great but probably wouldn't go with them again due to the distrance, not sure if the cost of service was the best just because of how far we had to drive to get there.

They did a great job. We had to arrive 3 hours later than we had intended. They thought they might be able to complete the owrk but I said I just wanted a good job and so we picked it up the next day. The vechilce was done around noon on the next day.

They do detailing only at the Beaverton shop, so don't bother calling the other location for appointments. Best to get an appointment, as they are pretty busy……most likely with happy returning clients.

The car went in a very very messy way. When I got the car back, the car looked and smelled brand new.

It went good. The only problem I had was that needed a ride back to my car and they offered. they left me a message when the car was ready and I called them back letting them know that I would be ready whenever worked for them. They never responded back and found myself having to find somebody to give me a ride or looking into taking the bus. When I got to my car, it seemed as that they had the car running for a while, my key was very hot and I was out of gas. I still had about 30 miles left on my tank.

The work was good and on time. The price was as estimanted; and the best I was able to find. They also touched up a ding and gave me the remaining touchup paint in an applicator bottle. When they had to find a new supplier for my bumper there was a delay in my start date.

Everything was performed as promised and in a timely manner. The results were very, very good.

The response time was fast, but overall I would not go back again. We made an appointment to take it in 8am Saturday, he said the sooner the better because Saturdays can be hectic. Well, we made it in by 9am but were told it would be ready by 4pm that day, that was fine by us. Came to pick it up at 4:30 that day and it looked like they had not even begun to start on it yet! My husband went to a nearby restaurant to wait...returned at 7:30pm, was told they needed to keep it overnight! We needed it! They had the heater in our vehicle running along with some fans, looked like they did a rush job cleaning it, we had to dry carpet out at home and after it dried it still looked horrible like we never even had them cleaned!! Did not look "like new" as some of the reviews said. I had better results getting my carpet cleaned at Washman and paid a whole lot less!! Seemed like it wasn't even vacuumed well, all we got cleaned were the carpets nothing else done except windshield chips. Not worth $220 at all, totally overpaid!! We made an appointment to redo the carpets but never made it back. Never got an estimate for the exterior work either.

Flawless workmanship. Car went from dirty and scratched to like new paint without a single flaw. Wife said it didn't look that good when it was brand new!

It was very easy to work Ace, and they delivered the services as promised. Nothing tricky or shady. Eric gave me the option of getting after-market parts, which saved some money. They had a loaner car for me to use for three days that only cost me the price of filling up the tank. Also, the Ace quote was $200 less than others I'd gotten. The only suggestion I'd make is that they might want to have someone go around the car and look inside to make sure dirty fingerprints and handprints are removed before the owner comes to pick up their car. It wasn't a big deal, but it disappointed me that no one took the time to make sure everything was looking good. All in all, I was pleased with the work Ace did and would recommend them.
