It was good. They provided internal and external cleaning of my vehicle. It didn't include under the hood. They were good. It just took them some time. In fact, I think that's one of the main things. The work met my expectations. They got my vehicle clean and gave it to me. It was a good price. I think other companies charge more.

My husband backed into a post causing damage to the right rear quarter panel. I felt the estimate was within the ball park to repair the damage. Have used Ace in the past and can recommend them for quality work.

Everything went smoothly, with little wait to drop off or pick up.

Ace did a great job with detailing my SUV. It is 11 years old and had never had more than a quick vacuum before, so it was in serious need of help. I was actually amazed at how good it looked after. There were things that I didn't realize were nasty that look really great now. They also finished right on time and I was out the door quickly. They operate a low-overhead/low customer cost model, so it isn't a glamorous shop with customer service waiting on you hand and foot. So, when I showed up in the morning, there was nobody in the office to greet me and I had to wait a few minutes. I think they also missed one of my phone calls setting up an appointment, but they promptly called me back. I personally would rather save $50 and wait for 3 minutes, so I'm fine with their business model, especially after they did such a great job.

They did a good job. I got charged a little extra for pet hair. They did a good job for what they did but are too far from my house so I would not use them again. They were about ten minutes late.

I used their location on SW 72nd in Tigard. Very positive experience ... the staff explained the process on the morning of my appointment, checked the car, and I picked it up at the end of the day. The carpets were shampooed after everything was vacuumed -- and the entire interior was cleaned. They also applied some type of dressing to the tires. The staff is very professional and friendly and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

Great job. My car was *bad* inside - several years of accumulated gunk in the plastic work, plus I'd just had a dog run through the mud and plop themselves in the back seat. When I got the car back, it was showroom clean.

I work with horses and the vehicle had not been cleaned out and detailed for quite a few years. They did a wonderful job of cleaning and making the interior look as good as possible. It was wonderful to drive away in a nice clean shiny vehicle again. I would definitely recommend Ace for anyone wanting to have their vehicle detailed.

Purchased Angies List Big Deal for $99 for Interior auto detaining and handwash. Everything went very well. Excellent service and very courteous. Car was checked over and details of what was to be done reviewed. We were offered exterior wax for an additional fee, which we opted to do. We were satisfied with the work and felt the pricing was fair. We will use them again.

Was able to drop the car off on Friday evening the day before and they called me when the car was done. They reviewed what they did as for cleaning and all loose items in the car where put in a bag and put in the back of the car. They removed deep brush scratches from Dog woods scraping the sides of my trunk during hunting season. Truck looks great!!!

They were very polite and assured me that certain details would be completed on the car. However, (please see above) I was disappointed with the outside job. I found large scratches when I looked at the hood sideways. Those might have been caused by auto car washing but I do not remember them before this detail. Also, they stated thjey would remove all the grease however, there are still grease spots left on the upper window

When I got the car back it looked like a new car. No more mold around the windows and the little nocks and cranes were clean, beautiful job.

The sales rep was super nice and gave me some of the work for free. All the stickers were removed from my car and the detailed exterior wash was very thorough. as a bonus they vacuumed and quickly wiped down the interior for me without charge. I got my car back in a timely manner

My wife got me a deal for my Mitsubishi Endeavor SUV as a Valentine's Day gift, which got me really stoked since my car was in bad shape and needed a cleanliness makeover. This is mainly because my 8 & 12 year old daughters campout (not literally) in the backseat of my car. When I called to make an appointment, I indicated that I would need a car to drive while mine was being cleaned and was told that it would be no problem - and it wasn't! When I delivered my car to be cleaned, someone met me outside the building and took my key and voucher and called for my loaner car. I was literally in and out in less than ten minutes. When I came back at the end of the day, I almost couldn't believe my eyes: my car was showroom perfect! Great job guys!

After reading review on Angie's List I chose Ace Car Reconditioning over a detailer that was 5 blocks from me. The project vehicle was a used black 2004 Chevy Suburban I brought in for a complete Exterior Detail (buff and re-wax paint, clean wheels and remove hard water spots from the windows) and Internal Detail (carpet, dash, leather seats). I dropped it off when they opened and was told to come back at 5:00PM. When I arrivedl they were still working on it but I took no issue with that since it IS a big black vehicle and expected it to take time!! Upon initial inspection the exterior paint looked very good (still does). By this I mean the paint looked properly buffed and sealed. I had already debadged the vehicle and had taken a toothbrush and cleaner to the crevises, rubber trim and door jams so much of the grunt work was already done. When I asked why the composite trim around the wheel wells and bumper were still faded "greyish" looking I was told they tried but it would not return to black. Then I asked why there were still water spots on all the glass. I was told, "We tried everything ... even this acid compound would not remove it." Well, h***, guys, those were two of the primary reasons I brought it to a "pro"! As for the interior, other than the carpets being slightly damp (albeit with very pretty vacuum pattern) it looked no different. To be fair, this IS a used 2004 vehicle and the carpets where dirty but not seriousl worn by any means. Given the glowing review from Angie's and the pictures on the ACE website (especially the red Mercedes) I was hoping the carpets would, at least, look different. The same goes for the leather seats. I wasn't expecting them to make the cracks disappear but I was hoping for the dirt spots to be removed. So ... long story longer, I took the Suburban home and the the next weekend I got on Google and looked for ways to remove water spots from car windows. I picked three of the ideas, went and bought the supplies. The second idea worked and now I have spot free glass and mirrors after about two hours work. If a "non-professional" can discover a solution within a few hours why can't ACE? Now the leather - - Lexol leather cleaner, a day to dry and added Lexol conditioner and the seating at least looks like an attempt was made. So in the end I got a very good exterior buff-out for $280. I guess you can judge if that's a bargain. Personally - next time I will buy a buffing wheel and hope I don't burn the paint trying to do it myself. But hey, the guys in the shop were VERY nice to chat with. That counts for something.

They kept to their time estimate. They are a bit away from any area to kill time; so, plan to have a ride or alternate plan while you wait (I took the bus to a shopping center not too far away).
