The service went very well, my upholstery a carpets were spotless. They even hand washed the exterior and gave the tires a coat of tire black. I was very pleased with the condition of my car when I picked it up. There was some confusion when I paid for the service. I had a certificate that I purchased for $25 that was toward $50 credit on any service. The gentleman who checked me out misread the certificate thought the certificate was only for $25. However, I got a prompt response from the company when I pointed out the error and they happily agreed to credit my card with the additonal $25. I would recommend them and happily use their service again

We had our appts. on different days and we used the Tigard location, 15785 72nd Ave., Tigard, not the Beaverton location. An extra $25 was added for one car and $20 for the other for being SUVs. The youngest car is a 1999 and it came back so immaculate and fresh! Like new on the inside and gleaming on the outside. The only "details" that weren't done were the seatbelts in the 2nd seats were left stretched out on the floor, the front right seat was reclining almost all the way back and not returned to upright position, and the front license plate was not washed at all, which looked sort of odd since everything else was so clean. But the important work, the actual cleaning, was done excellently. The second car is a 1996 Toyota 4 Runner and is the car that gets the highest usage at over 200,000 miles. It had some very serious stains and wear, but when we picked up the car, all those stains were gone! We don't know how they did it, but this is a true miracle! Hooray! And everything was put back the way it was when it was dropped off. We were very pleased with the detailing and would use Ace again.

They were able to squeeze me in on the week before the Fourth of July. Being a four day weekend they were only open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The pickup, a 2006 Chevy Colorado, was made to look like new. It had not been that clean since I bought it in 2006. The middle slider on the back window was missed in the detailing, but I think that might have been because they were overwhelmed with customers on that short week. The rest of the pickup turned out beautiful. The dent in the bed of the pickup was something additional I had them repair. That was done for a very reasonable price and looks good. I just had them prime the repair job since I eventually want to add a spray-in bed liner. The primer is red which matches the red color of the pickup. This company also does spray-in bed liners, but I did not have the money at the time to have them do it. It would have been only between $300-$400. All-in-all it was a great job and the pickup looks new and at a very reasonable price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They did an amazing job and were really good. It was one of my better Angie's List experiences and I have now used them twice.

As above, Ace honored my expired "deal" with an additional small fee, and the work was completed in a timely, courteous manner. I would use their services again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went good. This was our first time using them. We would recommend them to family and friends.

Used my Angie's List coupon and opted to pay additional fee for exterior wax so my 10 year old Jeep Liberty would look like new, which it did! When I picked up the Jeep, I was asked to inspect it before leaving so the completed work was done to my satisfaction. They demonstrated pride in their work!!

GREAT service from the first time I called, to finish. They were professional and available within a reasonable amount of time. They were really busy, but made the time to be courteous and explained to me thoroughly what the detail would include. They said they thought I'd really like it, as this was the first time I had my car detailed -- and boy were they right! My car sparkled from top to bottom. They didn't seem to miss an inch, inside and out. Would definitely go to them again, keeping my eyes peeled for another big deal!

My Subaru Outback is now 3 years old and was getting dirty. After the detail it looked new, inside and out. Nice job. The service did not include exterior polishing, but everything else was included.

I was really looking forward to getting a clean car, so I made an appointment and took it in on an agreed date at 8:00am. and was told it should be done around 1:30-2:00, but they would call. My sister and I did a few errands, and went to a late lunch. When we were done, it was close to 3:30 and no word from the detailing shop. So, I had my sister drop me off on the way. My car was parked and looked ready to go. I thanked them, but didn't check it out fully at the shop. It looked cleaner..the carpets did anyway! I still had errands to do, since they had my car all day, so off I drove. Later. On my way home, the sun was shining into the windshield and it was soo full of streaks! Then I started to notice more things not very clean..like crumbs still in the grooves of the passenger seat, and dust in the corners of the dash...and something that looked like a spill of some "cleaner" along the door on the passenger side. At least they could of used a toothbrush to do some little areas! I could go on! But, the next morning they called to see if I had found another customers insurance info in my car! They thought that they might of left it in MY car! If they are bagging everything for each car, wouldn't you think to leave it in the car you got it out of?! I told them I was unhappy with the job they did, and he said that I could bring it back and they would fix it, but I really doubt that they could. seeing that they couldn't do it right the first time. Plus, I'm really busy this summer and don't have the time to leave it all day again...he didn't say anything after that, but I don't think it would be fair of me to bring it back in a month or two when It's dirty again. So, I will re-clean my windows, and find a toothbrush to get the grooves clean, then get some leather cleaner and clean the seats myself...but I have already recommended to a friend to not bother going there. They seemed busy enough to not worry about one or two customers. and next time I'll pay $15.00 at a car wash to get it "detailed".

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had an SUV so there was an extra charge for that and then I also have a dog so there was also an upcharge for all the dog hair. I'm very happy with it, they made it look brand new. The car is 8 years old so I'm impressed.

They were great. The car sparkled, looked and smelled fantastic! I recommend this as a present to others or self, since, if you commute like I do, you live a considerable portion of your life in your car, and having it really clean can improve your mood. They were very punctual. The only reason I would likely not use them again is their location. They are at great distance from me, and not in an area where I could walk to shopping or other tasks which might occupy the 4 hours they were at work on my car. They clearly understand this issue, because they have a drop box for keys enabling people to park their cars there overnight. I used this option, and felt safe doing so. Luckily, I have an adult daughter who was willing to follow me for the drop-off, and return me for the pick-up. All the contents of the glove compartment, random items from under the seats, etc, were collected in a black plastic trash bag which was put in the cargo compartment ofmy vehicle. It would have been good to be told that at drop-off, to avoid the brief worry that something was missing. NOTHING WAS MISSING. In fact, they were careful not to make their own decisions about little things like wrapped toothpicks or pennies, returning EVERYTHING in the plastic trash bag. They did a fantastic job!

The completed job was outstanding. The exterior paint was buffed to a high gloss and the minor scratches disappeared. Under the hood the motor was steamed clean and looks like new w/ all areas spotless. The most impressive was the replacement of 2 cracked/ripped leather panels from the left drivers seat which for a 8 yr auto was difficult to match. But they did it and it looks great. I would recommend them w/ out reservation.

ACE Car is a great value. For approx. $130 (Angie's List deal, plus add'l fee for a large SUV), they did a great job cleaning and detailing my car. The carpets were vacuumed and washed, the exterior was washed and waxed, and the interior was very well cleaned. They made sure to get into the crevices and clean out any dust or gunk that has accumulated over the years. I have had better detailing jobs, but they also cost 4-5 times as much. For $130, this was well worth the cost.

Booking the appointment was handled professionally and I was able to get an appointment quickly that suited my schedule. I arrived for the appointment at 7:15 and the first thing completed was an inspection of my car. There was a scratch on the driver's side door that they offered to repair while doing the other work, for a small additional cost of $20 so I asked them to go ahead. I received a call at around 2:30 pm to advise me the car was ready. The work was amazing! You could see the car gleaming in the distance. The scratch was completely gone! They did a thorough job of cleaning everything. Professional, efficient, high quality workmanship, trustworthy - all words I'd use to describe the service I received.

Ace Car Reconditioning LLC was excellent. It was all cleaned. In fact, it's the best it's looked in a long time. They also included a clay bar. Normally, you don't need it, unless you have some kind of deposits on your car finish, like maybe you've been someplace where you got some chemical or acid rain or whatever. We had a black car one time and everybody tried everything on it. Nothing worked. I took it to the detail shop and they used the clay bar and it was like a mirror finish. They used that now with my car.

We purchased this as a gift for our son. He used it to clean up his used car. He is thrilled with the results.

Ace Car Reconditioning LLC did a superb job. My vehicle is an older vehicle, so it wasn't going to look like brand new, but it was very cleaned and smelled good. They did a beautiful job. I was very pleased. I took the car there.

Eric's crew did a wonderful job on my older SUV. I was very pleased with the results and will certainly contact him for future work of this type.

I purchased a big deal for Ace Car Reconditioning LLC. I was not happy. I was not overly pleased. Whether they set it out or took it out, I had no idea. It was missing. I let them know about that. Those were the two things that I had issues with. I did not pay anymore than the big deal purchase.

I purchased a big deal for Ace Car Reconditioning LLC. It was great. They made sure that I had a vehicle to use in the six hours that they allotted to do the work. Only yesterday, I got the car which came out with the gas that I had when I took it out. The car was beautiful. They did a great job.
