Everything went on schedule as described. They did beautiful work. They exceeded my expectations.

The work was not careful or complete. I put the passenger front seat back and the crumbs and dirt were all still there. The groves in the seat upholstery had not been vacuumed. I suspect they didn't vacuum the seats before washing them. The seats still looked quite stained so I sprayed them with some Woolite carpet and upholstery cleaner that I had. They cleaned up beautifully, no spots left. The heating/cooling vents were not cleaned at all. Their being so dusty was one of the reasons I wanted to have the detailing done. Neither were the tracks on the window moulding cleaned. The console box that includes the cup holders and a tray for sunglasses, etc. had been wiped out, but left with a ring of wet dirt around the edges. The carpets did seem to be nicely cleaned. The young man who cleaned the car was very nice, but was either inadequately trained or didn't care very much about his work. My other problem was a $30 charge because it was an SUV. Nothing on the Angie's List Big Deal made note of that extra charge. An extra charge is noted only for vans, trucks and large vehicles. Our 2003 Highlander is considered a small or perhaps medium SUV. I had purchased the Big Deal before I knew I would be charged the extra $30. I will be more skeptical of these offers in the future. Ace offered to redo some of the work, but it was inconvenient to be without the car for another entire day, so I cleaned out the vents and window tracks with Q-tips, wiped out the console bin edges, shampooed the seats and called it good. I will not go back to this company.

We bought an Angie's List "big deal" for car detailing. We were expecting our car to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out, but were disappointed with the results. They had our car all day and it didn't look much better afterwards than if I had just taken it to the car wash and spent an hour vacuuming. Many stains remained on our car seats - and these were just dirt and dust stains, they should have been removeable. There were also drip marks on the exterior where the car hadn't been dried properly. The car was certainly cleaner than when we dropped it off, but not what we were expecting for the money.

My cars were ready before promised. They were quick to greet me at drop-offs and pick-ups. My cars looked fantastic after the service was performed. I'll go back again next year!

We had the unfortunate experience of doing business with Eric, the owner of Ace, TWICE this last month. Despite this, Eric's prompt and excellent service has given us our vehicle back in pristine condition. We would recommend them to anybody, yet hope we never have to see him again. His work is amazing, he is a consummate professional, prompt and efficient.

I purchased a Big Deal for my husband for Christmas and it took him 8 months to get around to it! His car is loaded with all sorts of stuff and it hadn't been cleaned out in several years. He even keeps a lot of stuff on the back seat! The whole interior was grimy and filled with debris; the leather upholstery was also quite dirty and torn on the driver side, and the side panels were scuffed up. He dropped off the dirty car and returned home with what looked like a new one! He was very pleased with the service and also discovered that the torn portion of the driver's seat was vinyl, not leather, and could be replaced for about $125. He has since gotten that done, and I'm proud to be riding in the car with him again! Everything went well...he was pleased with the service and the staff were courteous and welcoming. Thanks, Ace!

I can't remember the exact dollar amount of the deal..and I don't remember the exact date. ..it was a long time ago. I do remember having to wait for the car. The interior wasn't dry, so I had to wait, then after receiving the car, had to wait several days for the upholstery to dry. Very inconvenient. Something was wrong w/their dryer...or some issue.

My car looks great! The bumper looks perfect & the paint is shining! The interior is spotless & looks really nice. I was disappointed that it wasn't finished when I was originally told it would be, communication could be a bit better. Overall I am pleased with the service and how nice my car looks. I will use Ace again & would recommend them to friends.

I have two small children, and the interior of my car has not been detailed since I had my first baby 6 years ago. Needless to say, it was MESSY. I couldn't beleive the results, the interior was like a brand new car's interior. Exterior wash shined too. All done in a day, and they shuttled me to work after dropping off. Great job.

Poorly. Many stains left. Did not go into recesses like glove box.

I was very pleased with how clean it was. I like that they put all my belongings they found ( glove compartment, under seats...) in plastic bags so I could go through them and just put back the necessary things. I have a dog that sheds and they were able to clean all her hair out. The clean car smell was great. My coupon was expiring in a couple of days and they were kind enough to get me in the next day which was a Saturday.

Car shined like new when they were through. Very professional folks. They went the extra mile and even did some extras. Will definitely use them again.

These guys are great! Their price is more than fair and the work they did was amazing. A truly great value!

They did a very good job on the outside - asked them to wax as well to buff out scratches and it looked really good. The inside was good, but not great. They did address the concerns we had.

It went good and they did a fine job! They basically cleaned up the car interior and exterior. They were friendly, timely, and give good decent service!

We left with the agreement that Ace would provide all the services listed on our Big Deal coupon. But, Ace called us late morning to inform us that they would be charging us an additional $ 25. for pet hair cleanup on the carpet. Our dog travels on the seat, not the floor of the car .. and we did not discuss this at the time of vehicle inspection when we dropped off the car. They also told us that they stayed open until 6 pm, when this location closes at 5:30 pm. When we arrived at 5:30, the Ace people had just locked the doors and were ready to leave. Fortunately, they agree to stay to check us out so we could have our car.

Car was well cleaned, tires blackened. Only problem was the enlargment of a small tear in the seat upholstery (tear originally there).

Very prompt with their service. The car was detailed inside and out to perfection. No complaints.

This is the second time we've used them. Several months ago, I took my car for a detail for the first time ever. Ace did such a fantastic job that we decided right away to use them again for my wife's car if another Angie's List coupon ever appeared. Well lo and behold, another one popped up soon after. They once again did a fantastic job. The car looked and smelled almost as good as the day we bought it. We'll definitely be heading back again.

It went great. They did a great job and the employees were easy to work with.

The cars were very clean. They were responsive and easy to work with. There were some minor communication issues about when the cars were ready. They also leave the cars running with the heaters on full blast to dry out the cars. But it seems that they don't always turn the cars off when they are fully dry. I don't know if it was because they were busy or if that is standard practice. Overall, though, we were happy with their service.

Great! I was treated very professionally when I dropped my car off. As promised, they called in the afternoon when it was ready to be picked up. It looked like a new car, and they were able to remove dark stains (from denim dye) from the light fabric seats. They even helped direct me as I backed out of their busy parking lot. I would definitely take my car here again.

My husband purchased a coupon on Groupon and gave it to me for Christmas. I saved it until the weather got better. The service wass very professional and they did a wonderful job. I felt like I had a new car! I definitely recommend Ace for detail services.

Job done was excellent. I took the car in and left it for the day. They were to call me back after the service with an estimate on seat fabric replacement, but never did. They did give me estimates on bumper refinishing to repair scratches. There was a LOT of animal hair in my car, and they got almost all of it out.
