The entire process went well. They responded to our inquiry in a timely manner & were very accommodation in scheduling our car. Price was very reasonable & we felt that the valued our business. I'd definitely use them again.

They did okay. I wasn't very happy. They said that they were going to touch up paint on the car and they didn't do a very good job of that. The cost was appropriate. They were punctual with getting the job done. They respond to your concerns. It wasn't great but okay.

Long story short, Ace made our nearly 9 year-old car look so good, I scarcely recognized it! A spot on the carpet i thought would never be removed was gone by the time I picked up my car. The dash, carpets, windows, mirrors, tires, body, trunk, and interior compartments were scrubbed clean and shiny. Ace is a company that clearly cares about return customers. We will absolutely use this company again! Each staff person we met was friendly, courteous, timely, and accommodating.

Lady backed in my left rear quarter panel. Eric looked at the damage and gave me an estimate. He did the work on the time schedule he commited to and the damaged area looks like new.

They did an excellent job. They even managed to get my 5 year old's Fruit Punch Gatorade stains out of light gray upholstery.

Initial contact after I purchased was immediate. I informed the individual I would make an appointment in about 2 months as I was scheduled for major surgery and wanted to wait until after I recovered. I was told "no problem". When I went to schedule I left about 3 voice mails with no response. I checked their web site and had the correct number so I drove by their location...nothing but an empty building. No sign, no "we moved" notice or anything. I then called their other location and ,as I had to figure out myself!, the first location was closed. Their website still had both addresses and no mention of one site closing. I was frustrated. I finally made an appointment for July 16th. When I dropped my car off we went over everything to be done and purchased the "heavy scratch compound" up sell. I pointed out some residual adhesive on one door and was told it would be removed. Overall my car looked much better than when I dropped it off. The paint looked great. What I wasn't so happy with was the adhesive hadn't been removed and it was really obvious to anyone working on my car. I also had to clean the polishing compound out of the hood to fender gaps plus there were footprints from wet shoes on my previously clean floor mats. I know, it was an exterior detail but I would think it wouldn't mean that the interior was fair game to grime.

Job was as promised. Excellent work.

This was my first time having a car detailed. I also had a small dent removed from the back bumper. I am very happy with the results. The car looks great. For a nominal price, they loaned me a car for the day while mine was being worked on. Both pick up and drop off were very smooth. The folks were friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went extremely well. I dropped the car off the night before (after they had closed). They called promptly the next morning to let me know they had the car & keys, and were beginning the work. They said they would call between 2:00-4:00 to let me know it would be finished. I got that call at 2:00. They asked me to look it over before paying, and my husband and I were both pleased with the results.

These guys are great! I am so happy with their service, I will certainly use them in the future. My car looks brand-new, and doesn't smell like my pug! They really worked some magic. Extra kudos for pet hair removal, I have no doubt that took special attention.

It went pretty good. They added Cora for it being SUV. Added extra because pet hairs. They took out all stuff from glove boxes. Other storage places without asking me. Employee Marcos was very helpful. Place was far away from my house.

They did a great job on both the interior and exterior of the car. However they left the car idling with the heat on full blast WAY too long (~30 minutes??), which causes excess wear and tear on the engine. They also broke a windshield washer nozzle off and didn't fix it, merely putting the broken nozzle back on the hood and didn't tell me about it. Those two items alone will keep me from coming back.

I've used them twice before, but several years ago. This time - Meh - they say they have a key drop, but don't tell you where (in a different building!). My car wasn't very dirty, but they still missed spots on interior and windows, and there are swirls on the exterior paint from the wax job.

Brought my Audi Q7 here to get an interior and exterior detail. The car is black and they mentioned they charge extra for black cars because they are more difficult to wax and polish (which is understandable). Overall, they did a poor job. They left bad swirl marks in the paint over the entire surface of the car from the power polishing wheel they used. If you have a nicer vehicle, pay a little extra and go somewhere else. The sprayed some kind of polisher/wax on the door speakers and did not clean them out - small holes of the speaker are filled with this residue. This place seems like they just want to pump a lot of cars through their shop as quickly as possible without attention to detail. Just disappointed with the overall job they did. Most of their reviews are positive, so maybe they just took some shortcuts on my job.

Ace Reconditioning provided outstanding service & had both cars so clean & shiny they looked like they had just come from a dealer's showroom! Both vehicles had been towed to the East Coast then back to the West Coast in the past 2 years and the dirt & grime reflected that, but every surface was cleaned to perfection. Customer Service was amazing--we had a 7:30 AM appointment, but being new Portland residents, we had a hard time locating the business. Even with GPS we were lost so Ace sent a car to lead us. We finally arrived over an hour late, thinking we'd have to reschedule, but everything went smoothly as if we had arrived right on time! Another service they provide is a loaner car for only $10, making it so convenient after dropping off our cars. Highly recommend!! A+++++

First contact in person at the Tigard location was fantastic, great customer service, young man was very polite and precise with his estimate and possible trouble spots. He offered a possible solution and timeline for the day. This is a black 2001 Volvo V40 wagon with 145K miles, the result was fantastic our car looked great. We will highly recommend Ace Car Reconditioning to our friends.

It costed more than we thought it would based on the angie's list price. They did a nice job and made the bumper look brand new again.

Even though we were late for our appointment they were very accomodating and still finished the job all in one day. With our Angie's list coupon it was more than reasonable in price too. I'm very impressed with the service and quality. I would highly recommend them.

I've used Ace Car Reconditioning for many years. They do a really great job. We have them do our cars almost yearly--frequency depends on how quickly the inside gets dirty. During the last job, we only asked for the interior to be detailed. They did both. I offered to pay the difference, but Eric said not to worry about it and that Christmas had come early for me. The only bummer: they recently closed their Beaverton location and it's farther to get to Tigard.

It was okay. There were still spots in my interior. They didn't wipe everything clean. I will probably not use them again.

It was just the $99. I did it probably like within a week. It was good. I was happy with it. It was very prompt. It was within everything they promised. I thought that they were thorough and affordable.

Was very pleased with the serviced provided. Truck looked outstanding.
