It was great. I would recommend them to anybody. They have very good prices and very competitive. They did what they said and did it in the timeframe they said. They did a very good job. The people were friendly, informative and professional. I like them. They were great.

I took my vehicle to the Tigard location to have the inside detailed. The car was finished In the time it was quoted to me. The service was outstanding and the detail was even better then I anticipated. My wife likes to take her dogs with her In The vehicle quite often so there was some dog hair to contend with but they managed to get it all cleaned up. If it were not for the few scratches In the leather I would have thought it was brand new. Fantastic service and an outstanding job I would highly recommend.

Oh, well. It was a tricky location and for the price I'd say I got what I expected absolutely.The didn't try to upsell and say they'd do more for more more money or anything. I came in and gave them my money and it was done. I wouldn't pay full price for the detailing.

I purchased this as an Angie's list deal and they were very flexible with scheduling. They got me in right away and were very professional. I gave this to a friend who just purchased a used car and she is delighted. The car is so clean and fresh on the inside and smells great and is nice and shiny on the outside. Thank you very much.

Very professional and excellent job. Can't believe my car looks this good. Gave me a loaner car (I'm in my car all the time) Got the job done on time as promised and called mid day to let me know they were on schedule. Really appreciate that. My SUV has not been detailed since I purchased it in 2007. I'm driving all the time and "live in it" so to speak. It was filled with crumbs, dirt, pine needles from shoes, some dog hair. Even got my floor mats looking great. Not perfect but I didn't think they would get all the dirt out of those. My leather seats look new. Great job Ace!

Dropped my vehicle off at scheduled time, car was inspected and discussed. Exterior wash and wax was done including detailing of bumpers, wheels and tires.

The quality of service was unmatched. Our 350Z looked brand new. The technicians did a fantastic job. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this crew.

it was fine except they charged me extra because i have a tiny, not very furry dog. i had a cover on the seat the whole time so i am not sure why it was extra.

One word. Awesome! Outstanding! Ok, that's two words but wow! They even did the car seat. I can't say enough good things about this service. They did have a 25.00 up charge for pet hair but that's ok with me.

The service was great, the truck looked like new. It was easy scheduling and they even got done a little ahead of schedule. I would use their service again.

Overall, they did a high quality job. I have used this service several times and have always been pleased. I had them Rain-X the windows the last time because of the time of year. I noticed that at certain angles, the glass looked smeared, but I wouldn't ding them too much for that. I have applied Rain-X myself and I know how hard it can be to eliminate this problem. Also a couple of other little details I noticed that were not completely satisfactory, but overall I was pleased with the work they did.

The coupon said that it was for standard 2 or 4 door cars. There would be extra charges for only vans, large personal vehicles, and work trucks. I did not think that my Toyota Highlander falls under that category. They would have charged me extra for the work done if I would have used the deal. They should have been more clear in the add.

They did a good job. They were able to pick up the car and drop it off and I very much appreciated that. There's no additional charge. They seemed to have done a really good job and I have no complaints.

From start to finish it was an good experience. Communication with Ace was prompt. I will definitely use Ace in the future. The only downside, I wasn't told about an additional $15 fee for suv's.

The interior of my car was a disaster! They cleaned EVERYTHING and very well. I would definitely recommend them. The car was ready a bit later than promised, but that was more than made up for by the great job and friendly people!

Met at their location and looked over the car, they upsold me on some extra cleaning options but the car came out great. Only complaint is the price is a bit high, and some of the cleaning wasn't perfect - smudged mirrors, uneven armor-all (black dashes are tricky). But for minor body stuff it's much cheaper than a body shop, and the body work looked very good.

A simple tint job on my 3 windows took 10 hours (dropped off at 8am and bus/MAXed it 75 min each way to home and back). While waiting in waiting room from 4-6pm on the Saturday before Christmas it didn't seem as if their on-going chit chat with each other or personal cell calls while leaning on my car while I could hear them and see them from cameras in the waiting room mattered much. While I do appreciate a heads up at 5:15 it would be yet another 30 min (was told that when I arrived at 4p) because the front windows accidentally rolled down after tint application, it seems since I was the first one here this morning with the least amount of work to be done (others I met in waiting room dropped off right after I did and had larger cars/services done and left well before I did). The overall price and quality were about what you'd expect from any standard tint job, but the professionalism was far from average. They were not rude, just not respectful of time and providing decent service.

Inside and outside detailing. Additional cost over advertised price. Cost more for being a dark color, and additional cost for a pickup truck. Had new wipers installed. Looked new when we picked it up. We were very pleased.

The work went very well. I arrived at the appointed time. They signed the car in and finished up by the mid afternoon. The van looked great. I was very pleased with the outcome. The headlight lenses were reconditioned and that made an improvement in forward vision. The interior looked very clean and they looked after the details around the dash area. The exterior looks to have a good protective coating on the paint. Good job.

It was fine. They were slow for just cleaning the interior. I had to bring it in first thing in the morning and I had to come and get the car like at six o'clock in the night. For what I paid for it was fine.

That never happens to me so I know it was something they did. I had to make them figure out a way to jump the battery; they after claimed it wasn't their fault. It was quite frustrating.
