The service was excellent. They were prompt, thorough, and friendly. It was a good value for the quality of work.

Friend of one of their kids had gotten sick in their car and needed to have it cleaned. Not very happy with them. When the car picked up the car the first day it was not completely clean. Left one extra to have cleaned. They choose provider because they had good reviews on Angie's List and they were close to home. Would not recommend to friends and family. Would not plan on going there again.

I took the car to them and they went through the whole interior of the car. There was nothing they didn’t touch. They cleaned and disinfected everything, including my leather seats and even the vents. The outside of the car was done as well. I have really dirty brake pads and they did a really great job on those. It’s like I have a new car! They did a very good job and there were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. I was very impressed with what I got for that about of money.

The detailing went well. Took quite a bit of effort to schedule the appointment playing phone tag, but worked out. Good service, friendly staff. Would use again if the price was right again.

Provider was very nice in setting up the appointment and I arrived on schedule. At that time, he was also conducting the sale or restore of another car and the effort took him away from talking with me several times. Finally I left my car and returned at the end of the day when the work was done. Again, the manager was very busy with other business. I'm not knowledgeable about what would be considered "detaioling" for this price. It certainly seemed the price was good for what they were supposed to do. I examined my car afterwards, and the carpets weren't as clean as I wanted, though I was told they did the best they could,. However, there had been a temporary license sticker in the back window which I'd removed leaving some tape and quite a bit of residue remaining. I guess in leaving I'd been so busy checking out the carpet and navigating out of the lot around a multitude of cars, that I didn't notice until I got home that they'd simply hosed around it somehow without touching it. I have no idea how you could ignore two wide strips of tape in the middle of a back window, but they had. And, no, I didn't call them to mention it. But, because of this, it made me wonder if they did the best they could in the rest of the car. I guess I thought it would be better. My carpets had been quite dirty, but I'm the only one who ever rides in it and the rest of the car was just dusty and otherwise in good condition. For this reason I gave them an overall "B." I have to mention, however, that my neighbor also had them do her car and she was very satisfied. So it may just have been me or a super busy day for them.

Everything went fine, they did a good job.

Ace Car Reconditioning did a great job on both the inside and the outside of the car. My wife is hard to impress, but she was impressed. Beside the normal detailing work, they did some touch up work on the outside of the car and it looked great. The carpet on the inside came away looking like new. I highly recommend them.

The service turned out good. The car looked pretty much brand new when we picked it up. It was done in a timely manner, and they called us when it was ready. There are no complaints. They do a great job, and they cleaned everything, nothing was missed.

The car was OK clean, for sure not detail quality. Area around and behind the steering wheel was untouched, speaker grills were untouched. The car stank with chemical cleaner smell for days. I don't see how the "A" rating is warranted. I would not use them again.

Excellent work. I believed front floor carpets were beyond restoration. They brought them back. Easy to deal with owner. I made an appointment to return for an exterior detail and minor body work.

The experience was good. It was very helpful. We took the car to them. We will use them again in the future.

Bought a Groupon for $100. Turns out they have a bunch of add-on costs they don't mention which brought the total to about $150 or so. They couldn't schedule me for weeks and then only at the Beaverton location. They had to cancel the first appt. so I rescheduled for later on a Sat morning before my coupon expired. They didn't show up - about a dozen of us waited for 30+ minutes until finally some guy drove in and said they weren't opening that day. They were supposed to call us to reschedule, but I got no call. Tried leaving a message but they didn't call me back. My coupon expired.

They did an excellent job and the car was cleaned thoroughly. I would use them again.

I asked the provider how long the job would take, I described the car (a van) and what kind of dirty it is. I asked if there is a place at their shop to wait. They answered that it will take all day. This surprised me, because if my one vehicle takes from 8 am to 3-5 pm, they aren't just doing my car; they are doing several. Anyway, I can't leave the car all day, as I haven't got another one. I would like a refund so I can look for another service provider who will come to my location.

My husband was delighted with the result. His 1998 Porsche Boxter has never looked so good. Great job Ace. (Beaverton)

But they wanted to upcharge $50 dollars because it was a truck. Specifically it's a small 2 wheel drive toyota pickup, not really any larger than a standard car. Then they wanted to upcharge another $50 dollars because it's a dark green color. He saw I wasn't happy because then I would be paying twice what the "Big Deal" was, so he knocked that back to only $50 for the two "upcharges". Overall the work was fine, but I wasn't happy with being "upcharged" to the point it was twice what the cost of the "Big Deal" was. I've found that "Big Deals" commonly contain methods to charge above and beyond what the "Deal" is for.

I bought the deal as a Christmas present for my husband. Scheduling was flexible, as we had to change our appointment once due to inclement weather. The drop off in Tigard when they opened at 7:30 am was convenient for us. Car detailing was done really well, but ... My husband received a call at work letting him know that due to extensive dog hair that we would be charged an extra $30.00. The caller was rude and kept talking over my husband who was trying to explain that we have one dog and he is afraid to ride in the car. He has only been in the car 3 times in two years when he has needed to go to the vet. The person was not listening and said it would be $30.00 to get the car back at pick-up time. When we arrived for pick up just before closing, the fee was reduced to $20.00, but no evidence of the extensive pet hair was provided. The car was running with the heat going full blast to dry the interior. It had been running for some time. The car was extremely hot inside and the gas gauge had gone from 1/2 tank to 1/4 tank, presumably from running most of the day. While the end result cleaning was done well, customer service left something to be desired.

It is hard to get to them due to leaving the car during the day but they did do an excellent job. People commented on the car after that as I do transport friends when needed.

I was very happy with the service. The scheduling was easy, I was able to get in right away. They had the vehicle all day and said they would be done by 4, they called at 3:45 to say they were done. They also called and updated me during the day to say that they were on track to finish in time.

It went well. I dropped the car off at 8am and they called around 2pm to tell me it would be ready around 4:30. They did a very thorough job, even getting all the itty-bitty crumbs and hair out of my polyester "carpet". They aromor-alled the dash and plastic parts. They put all my glove-compartment stuff in a plastic bag so they could clean the glove compartments. They did an exterior wash as well. I was very happy with the service. It's the first detailing I've ever done, and now I wonder why I never did it before. I love my car again. I think $99 was a good price. I would be very hesitant to pay anyone $199, which is the actual full price. Maybe I'm just cheap.... Thanks, Ace, for such a nice job and for the courteous service.

This was our 3rd Angie's list coupon with Ace. This company does a very thorough job cleaning and detailing automobiles. The car is immaculate when completed. We dropped the car off at the agreed appointment. The completed the job when promised.
