I thought the odor removing was too expensive, but the work was done well.

They polished out some scratches that occur when the car door parked next you hits your car door. They finished my car by 5:00 - when I needed it to attend a 6:00 meeting. The service was great! The car is a 12 year old station wagon Volvo. I attended a wedding the next day and many of the guest asked me about my brand new Volvo. They truly believed it was brand new.

Ace did a very thorough job - much better than when I had the dealership do it. I have a Subaru outback with tan fabric seats that are notoriously easy to stain. Ace did a great job cleaning them up. The rest of their interior work was also very thorough. I am very pleased with the results. My only complaint is that I had to drop my car there from their opening time on the day of the appt until late afternoon.

I bought a coupon through Angie's List for an interior detailing. The employee that helped me over the phone to make my appointment was extremely accomodating and helpful. I got a reminder call the day before my appointment which was also helpful. The day of my appointment the employee that checked me in was thorough and quick. When I came back to pick up my car I was so pleased. I have 2 small children that have left many a stain in the back of my car, and Ace was able to get all of the stains out. My car looked brand new!

It was fine - not great but fine.

Last month I used a coupon and had a headlight treatment- the cover over the headlights was cloudy in the process of discussing that job the tech pointed out the rusted pin-spots on the hood and the minor scratches on the body of the car and mentioned that those could be remedied. I contacted the Toyota dealership and bought a small bottle of touch-up paint that matched my car color to use on the spots and brought it to the appointment. I dropped the car off at 8 am and picked it up about 5 hours later ; it looked great. The paint looked very shiny, small scratches had disappeared. They vacuumed the interior, washed the tires and wheel covers, windows and the car look very nice. As a bonus- they cleaned the green grunge that had accumulate on the rubber base of the car windows-my car is on the street- no garage. I was impressed by the over and above job they did, the interior and exterior looked very close to how my car looked many years ago. I was very happy with both the results and the friendliness of the staff-

I bought the coupon for $25 towards $50 worth of service. I was told to contact the service provider to set up an appt. for the detailing and find out the cost. When he told me $175-200 for a Subaru Forester, I was amazed, but didn't have time at that point to request a refund. Now that I'm back in town after a long weekend, I had time to call and then e-mail Angie's List for help.

It was excellent. They were very professional. They did a great job inside and out. I feel like I had a brand new car. They were so nice and considerate there. Everyone was really nice over there when we went there. They had it done when they said they get it done. The seats have lot of stain on them and they were able to get them out. I was really happy.

Very courteous staff. Completed work on a timely basis. However, I had several concerns. Cleaning of vinyl areas was not thorough. All loose belongings were properly gathered in bags. There is a hidden compartment in the back of our SUV that was emptied, but not cleaned. One of the pieces was removed but not put back into place but loosely piled with the rest of our belongings. It must have been an off day for the worker responsible. Nice people, but I'm probably not going to use them again.

I bought the coupon, thinking I would just get the interior of a car I inherited from my Mom done. I decided when there to have the whole thing done. They did an exceptional job, especially on the inside, where Mom's dogs had left it dirty I would defintly use them again maybe more often, if I didn't live so far away.

My experience with Ace Car Reconditioning LLC went okay. I felt like it was a bait and switch situation. It turned out looking good, but it ended up costing more money than I thought it was going to. If they're going to advertise that it's an auto detail, they shouldn't say it's not going to be detailed. It was done when they said it was going to be. I wouldn't use them in the future.

It wasn’t the most comfortable experience but they did a nice job on the car. I would properly use their other location in the future as they have loaner cars.

This was good! They detailed my Kia Spectra and I took my car to their location. It was worth the price and they did a good job.

It was easy to make an appointment over the phone, we dropped off the van the night before the service date which worked out very convenient for us. My van needed real clean up and they did an excellent job cleaning thoroughly. My van smelled really fresh and I was very pleased with their service. Would recommend Ace car Reconditioing to all my friends.

Best detailing job that I've experienced.

Again, I can't answer any of these questions because it was a gift to someone else. You need to account for that in the survey, as it is quite annoying to keep getting these notices. I made up all the previous info so I could make it done.

Ccheduling was fine; company let me know about expected upcharges of $50-75 on top of deal, making it NOT a deal.

Did an excellent job; inside of my car like new. Courteous; explained in detail what to expect. Car ffinished at rhe time it was promised.

They were ready for me and my car was ready for pickup when they said it would be. It was beautiful. They even washed the car!

It went horrible. They lied to me about what film they were using on my car, after misleading me to believe they had it when I made the appointment online. I am now stuck with a cheap, crappy film on my brand new car because I made a bad choice by going to Ace Car Reconditioning. They are not taking responsibility for their actions either, I have communicated greatly how unhappy I am and they won't offer anything to fix it, just being defensive.On top of that, iit's a scam of an operation they have going on there, when I called, not only did they say they had the film I asked for, but they said they could give me a ride to work so I could drop it off before. So I get there, and they have to take and drop me off in MY car. Most professional places has a designated driver or car at least to provide this to customers. I made sure to find a ride back because I didn't want them driving my car not knowing if they are insured or not, because they didn't even have a car themselves!! My coworker was scared to drop me off there because of the looks we got when we pulled in to their lot. Its just a scam, do not go here unless you want to waste time, energy, and money.

They were fine and a lot cheaper. Their financial package was good and I would use them again if I need to.
