Excellent work: did interior and exterior detail: honored Angie's list price for exterior detail even though i had bought only interior detail on Angie's list. Car came out looking almost as good as new

The service went well. We used the company in the past. I purchased 2 deals for the service. They did the work for 2 of our vehicles- A Buick and a Jeep. I paid extra to have them detail the inside and outside. The cars look brand new and the finish shines. They clean before they apply the finish. The staff has great attention to detail and is very professional. They are always happy to explain everything to us. We really like that they clean the door frames very well. The mats were cleaned and vacuumed and looked brand new. Their access from the street is difficult. We just dropped the car off and they called to let us know when the cars were finished.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That was great. It was good. I thought the person that we dealt with was very professional and very courteous, just a great person to deal with. I had a slight problem that was because I thought when I purchased it and got the e-mail from them and they said that a certain date was available that it was scheduled. It was my fault, I didn't real the fine print to realize that I needed to contact them again. So I did show up on that day and they weren't able to do the service. But he was really, really nice and scheduled it for a couple days later and it all worked out.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and we organized our day so that we could run other errands while the van was being detailed. When I arrived to drop the vehicle, one of the employees was clearly having a bad day. We ended up driving home with a damp carpet and seats and also needed to return the next since the floor mats and a bag had been removed but not returned to the vehicle. There were clumps of dog hair and sand in corners, easily seen from across the width of van. They did not do a thorough job and when we pointed this out to them the man, I have forgotten his name, didn't really seem care or offer to right it, except to wipe a few areas with a damp cloth. Not impressed...and will not recommend this business to anyone.

They did a good job. There was an additional fee for it being an SUV. They were a little late getting it back to me.

They were friendly and professional, and they did the work as promised. However, they didn't pay much attention to detail, and I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work.

We never used the coupon because we had family get sick out state and by the time we were back in Oregon the coupon had expired and they would not take it any more.

I've had good luck with them. The quality is very good. With their price, I just wish it was cheaper. They get it in and out when they say they will. It worked out well. The paint matched perfectly. They were very good. There were no delays.

They had trainees doing the work. They tore up pine-scented air fresheners and stuck the pieces of paper in the air vents. I had to manually remove all of these pieces of paper. They also said they would have to charge an additional amount due to the fact that it was bodily fluids. They used an ionization sanitizer. This smell was so strong, it was almost more nauseating than the original problem.

I was very happy with the job and the service. They were great to communicate with and very personal. The job was terrific. My carpets were cleaned, interior was spotless and no weird smells. They also waxed the exterior, cleaned all the old mud and debris from wheel wells, etc. I highly recommend them.

They told me they would have it done at a certain time and they were very prompt punctual and very helpful.

They were phenomenal. We had gotten a deal and because it were SUVs they charged us an extra $25. The detail that they took on it and the thoroughness are outstanding. We had to drive 45 to 50 minutes drive each way to drop it off and pick it up, it is well worth it and we would definitely recommend them to anybody. They are friendly, easy to set up the appointment, they are very thorough and detailed as far as going through the car making sure that everything was cleaned, they looked in every single little tiny place. I have husky that has a lot of hair and a 2 year old. So between the combination of the dog and the kid that is a big thing.

The service turned out very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians did a very nice job and were very friendly. I had no complaints and they did a very thorough job. They did much more than I expected. It was relatively easy to get my vehicle into them.

Everything went great. I think it's a really nice service. I didn't know they had such places. I read about it on Angie's List and decided to try it. My car looks cleaner than it's ever looked!

Communications and punctuality were great. We were very please with the exterior detailing which included washing, butting and waxing. The car absolutely shined when we picked it up. The people at this Beaverton location were friendly and professional. The only thing we were disappointed in was the touch-up paint job. The color didn't match, the scratches weren't completely covered with paint and it feels lumpy. Overall, the car looked much better than we we arrived and we would return to have them perform the detailing only.

The crew did an excellent job making my 12 year old vehicle look new and I sold it to the first party to see it.

Good job in vacuuming all the car including the nooks & cranies. Did get a lot of ground in dirt from front floor mats. It was the windows I had a problem with. They looked great when I picked up the car but when the sun or lights hit the window I could not see out. There was a film of cleaning solution & I could see all the cloth marks.

Sorry, we were unable to schedule any outside services during the offer time period due to an unexpected, prolonged, very serious medical issue that arose in our immediate family. We are grateful to have been advised Angie's List had no limit on refund periods for offers at that time. Thank you.

They did a very good job. I would use them again. They were very thorough. I can’t have any complaint that I had on scheduling or anything.

Great job. I have 2 small kids, and I was amazed at how clean these guys managed to get my car. Really nice, professional people.

The service turned out fantastic. They did a great job and I was very pleased with the outcome of the service. The technician was very polite and let us know if there was anything he missed he would be happy to go back over the car. Scheduling was very easy.

the car looked like a different car! they cleaned and polished all the nooks and crannies. FYI I did have pay an extra $25.00 "because my car was a dark color" they did let me know when I made the appointment. Also, they do have a junker loaner car that you can rent for the day for $5.00 (yep, five), which was really handy. If you need it you should ask for it because they did not offer it. I would refer these guys.

The car was dropped off in the morning and we were told to pick it up at 5:00. We showed up at 4:55 and they had just started rinsing the car off. The guy spraying the car off was more interested in talking on his cell phone then he was in getting the car done and he stopped several times to make another call on his cell. The car was finally ready at 5:45. The next morning when we looked the car over the interior looked great but there was cleaner/wax over several areas on the roof and end of trunk lid.

My experience was positive. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. The suv looked much better once they were done detailing it. Any issues I had were quickly rectified and all my questions were answered courteously. I would use them again in the future.

As always, Ace was efficient, easy to deal with and great at communicating the options, prices and timing. I received many compliments on the change in appearance of the car. A small amount of moss remained in one of the roof cracks but this car sits outside and is 8 years old so this might be the best that could be done. I would use Ace again without reservation.
