Very prompt and reliable. Would highly recommend!!

I am not sure the two techs knew what they were doing. When I offered the manufacturer book on my dryer, they said they did not need it. And after an hour, they accomplished some clean up vacuum work on the dryer. But...I had to mop the laundry room floor after they left. Not a happy customer.

Arrived on time, job was well done, technicians polite and careful (wore masks). I have doubts about value for money. Were I 10 years younger, I would have done the job myself at a cost of $35 for the part which the repair service likely acquired at wholesale for less. Total job was about $235, so labor worked out to $200 for two techs, one of whom was a trainee and was not essential to the job that ordinarily would have been done by a single tech. Figuring transportation time and expenses of, say $100, I paid at least $100 for the actual repair labor. On-site time of tech was 30 minutes, so labor rate for repair was $200 per hour. Maybe that is competitive - - I don't have time to check - - but seems high.

Polished Appliance Repair was professional and super helpful from the minute we connected. My dryer repair was quite a complicated issue and even though I eventually got it replaced under warranty they still worked with me on the payment. Very nice and knowledgeable!

Showed up on time but repair estimate was more than appliance was worth. Company was good about responding to my phone calls and emails.

Called to tell us he would arrive a few minutes early! He examined our appliance, figured out what was wrong and fixed it promptly. It has been working flawlessly ever since. Great experience. Highly recommended.

They sent out their guy very quickly, and he discovered the problem quickly Then he spent extra time explaining to me how the switch and the compressor worked, which I appreciated greatly. I definitely will recommend this company.

Went beyond my expectations at a reasonable price.

Nathan was incredibly helpful when our refrigerator/freezer went out. He immediately identified the problem over the phone and ordered the parts. Knowing that it would take a couple of days for the parts to arrive he told us how to keep some of the coolness going, which helped save a little of the contents. After the installation we did have a minor problem and he literally had it fixed within the next hour. I would definitely recommend Nate!

Nathan was knowledgeable and he was prompt in fixing my cloths washer. And were very reasonably in price. I would recommend Platinum Appliance Repair.

The Tech came to work on a Kenmore Refridgerator made by LG. It would not make ice. He attempted to update the software in the machine, but it did not repair it. KI was charged 90 bucks. Hsaid he would try to contact LG for a possible solutiion and get back to me. Even after a reminder phone call, I have had no contact or updates. Very disappointed.
