I read on line what the problem was most likly...t The dryer was 2 week out of warranty and Samsung would not cover it. Samsung recomended another company who could not come out for two weeks, reqired us to be at home all Day, then could not fix it. Required us to purchase a part..then wanted us to wait another week then wait around all day on another work day.......called polish applianced repair on Sunday and THEY came out on Sunday and fixed the dryer in one visit, 1/2 the cost AND no parts needed.. THANK YOU. POLISHED APPLIANCE REPAIR

He did extensive diagnostics and had expert knowledge of design and repair for my appliance. Jesse from Polished Appliance Repair is knowledgeable, honest and personable. He found a defective refrigerator part (a filter holder under warranty) and immediately ordered its replacement. Polished Appliance Repair is our new go-to repair shop.

They are prompt, polite, efficient, and clearly explained what they were going to do & why. Our drier is working beautifully, and our washing machine is still waiting on a part. I have already recommended them to my best friend and a neighbor.

The quick response and service was amazing! Super helpful and even helped educate me in case I need to fix it again myself, order parts online, and I will definitely hire Nathan again next time I need help with appliance repair at home. Hands down, best experience with appliance repair service ever.

They were quick to respond to my service request, flexible with appointment scheduling, diagnosed the problem efficiently and had great customer service throughout the process. I did have to wait for parts to come in, but once they arrived, they were again prompt and flexible with scheduling. Great experience, reasonable cost, and I would hire them again.

I can not express how much I appreciate Nathan's knowledge/expertise re: MANY electrical issues!!! My refrig began making horrible noises , and I needed someone immediately to come solve the problem. Our double wall ovens stopped heating to the desired set temperature so we called upon polished appliance. Nathan was great in diagnosing our problem which turned out to not be the oven unit but it was the wiring going to the ovens. He had the correct tools for removing the heavy ovens and finished the job in about a hour. Although we had to hire an electrician to repair the damaged wiring we were please that Nathan was able to determine the cause of the problem and confirm that our oven had no problems. Overall we were extremely please with the service rendered and will use and recommend them in the future.

These guys are great! I got an appointment right away and both appliances were fixed in under an hour but they only charged me for one. (Gas range and electric clothes washer.) Iâ m so glad they opened shop in Eugene! Highly recommended.

Very through, very professional and an eye for detail. Johnathon came to our home and modified the dryer vent on our new washer/dryer. He also cleaned out our dryer vent which was very much in need of it, way too many years of lint and crud buildup. This company is prompt, courteous and professional in every sense of the word. Jonathon is an excellent employee and representative for the company. Prompt, Courteous, reasonable and Professional, they do it all.
